Chapter 206 - Chapter 203: Ninja World Peace

With the surrender of Nagato and Konan, the war had officially come to an end.

However, the Five Great Ninja Villages didn't stop their hunt for the remaining Akatsuki members. They were simply too dangerous to be left alone.

Both Kakuzu and Kisame became targets of this large-scale pursuit.

Kakuzu managed to stay on the run.

Kisame, on the other hand, was not so lucky. His escape was cut short when he crossed paths with Sasuke Uchiha.

The moment they met, a fierce battle erupted.

Sasuke, who had undergone extensive training and received guidance from Itachi, had improved significantly. His once-formidable speed and combat skills had reached an entirely new level.

Now, he could confidently claim the title of fastest ninja in the world—aside from Sakiya, who was in a league of her own.

The battle between Sasuke and Kisame was nothing short of spectacular.

Using a massive Water Release technique, Kisame flooded the battlefield, creating an enormous water dome. The heavy currents slightly restricted Sasuke's movement, allowing Kisame to keep up with his speed—if only barely.

However, in the world of ninjutsu, speed is everything.

And Sasuke wasn't just fast.

After Itachi's death, he had awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan, granting him even deadlier abilities.

With his enhanced illusions and devastating swordplay, Sasuke overwhelmed Kisame.

In the end, the rogue swordsman fell to Sasuke's blade and genjutsu combined.

A long, deep gash ran across Kisame's chest, blood flowing freely.

Sasuke's sword was already half-sheathed, its exposed blade gleaming with cold finality.

Kisame assessed his injuries. The strike had nearly shattered his internal organs—there was no chance of survival. Even if he lived, he would be captured.

So, instead of fear, he smiled.

His shark-like teeth were bared in amusement, though blood seeped from the corners of his mouth.

"Impressive... Itachi's little brother. You've grown much stronger since the last time I saw you."

For a moment, Kisame was reminded of his first battle with Itachi—how he had fallen to the same inescapable genjutsu of the Sharingan.

"Maybe... I finally understand what you meant back then, Itachi. This is my karma. A man who betrays his comrades never meets a good end... Maybe my fate was sealed from the very start."

Then—he moved.

Gathering the last of his strength, Kisame formed a hand seal.

Sasuke's eyes widened.

He can still move?!

Reacting instantly, Sasuke's blade flashed out again.

But—

"Water Prison Jutsu!"

A massive sphere of water surged up, trapping Kisame inside.

Sasuke's sword strike hit the outer wall, but the dense water slowed his attack, stopping his blade short.

He didn't hesitate.

Sasuke lunged forward, preparing to break through.

But Kisame was already finishing his final technique.

"Water Style: Five Feeding Sharks!"

From within the prison, five sharks—formed from pure water—came to life, swirling around Kisame.

And then—they attacked.

The sharks tore into his flesh, ripping him apart.

Sasuke froze.

Kisame, now missing chunks of his body, was still smiling.

Then—he was gone.

The water prison collapsed, turning into a dark red pool on the ground. Blood mixed with rain, soaking into the dirt.

Sasuke looked at the crimson-stained earth, silent for a moment.

"...An opponent like that... He was worthy of being my brother's comrade."

With those final words, Sasuke turned and walked away.

Unseen by him, a dark shadow slithered through the wet earth.

It moved silently, gathering a small handful of blood-soaked soil before vanishing into the ground.

----

With the enemy's trail finally discovered, Kakuzu found himself completely surrounded by Naruto and Sakiya. With no escape route left, he was forced into battle.

Naruto, in his Nine-Tails Chakra Mode, took him on in a one-on-one fight—and won. Kakuzu was completely overpowered and killed in battle.

That left only one last member hiding in the shadows.

Black Zetsu.

Unlike the others, Black Zetsu had hidden himself too well.

Most shinobi—even sensor types—couldn't detect him. Even Naruto, with his enhanced perception, had trouble tracking him.

In the end, only one person could have found him—Sakiya.

But she couldn't be bothered.

And just like that, the Fourth Great Ninja War was over.

The Allied Shinobi Forces had won.

---

With the war behind them, the Five Great Nations came together with one goal—to make their alliance permanent.

The reason?

A certain ridiculously overpowered, unpredictable girl.

Sakiya.

The other villages had seen what she did on the battlefield. They had seen the sheer devastation she could unleash.

Nobody wanted to fight Konoha now.

Not individually. Not even together.

After all—just one attack of that scale could wipe out entire armies. The Apostle Beacon Strike had made sure they would never forget.

So now, Konoha stood undisputed.

One nation, far stronger than the rest.

---

Tsunade, however, had no interest in ruling.

She agreed to the formation of the United Shinobi Alliance, ensuring that all five nations—and even smaller villages—would be included.

Shikaku helped draft the alliance's core rules. The most important one:

No member of the alliance may start a war.

If any village broke this rule, the rest would unite against them.

And of course, the one to enforce these rules… was Konoha.

Most of the other villages?

They were happy to just stay out of it.

---

And so, peace returned to the world.

Even the smallest villages—once at risk of being wiped out in larger conflicts—could now exist safely under the protection of the alliance.

For the first time in history, the shinobi world had entered an era of true peace.

----

Time passed quickly. Two years had gone by in the blink of an eye—just like how a girl's stubborn strand of hair grows unnoticed.

Konoha had flourished in this era of peace.

The village expanded step by step—new buildings, busier streets, more people.

With the five great villages cooperating, trade between nations had brought in new products, ideas, and even people. Shinobi from different lands could now travel freely between villages, though still under strict regulations.

---

On one of Konoha's streets, a fierce battle was about to take place.

A short-haired little girl in a pink dress stood confidently, raising her hands like claws as she faced her opponent five meters away.

"Eye of Death! Today, I will finally defeat you!" she declared, eyes full of determination.

Facing her was Sakiya, wearing her signature blindfold. She struck a serious stance, her hands positioned like a cat ready to pounce.

"Yes! Today, we will decide the winner! But the victor… will be me! Because the Eye of Death is invincible!"

The little girl refused to back down, her black eyes burning with resolve.

"Then take this! My ultimate move!"

She raised her hand dramatically.

"Light of the Holy Wand!"

Silence.

For a few awkward seconds, nothing happened.

The girl blinked, glancing at the sky in confusion.

Across the street, Ino sighed. Holding a broom, she casually tossed it in the air.

The broom dropped from above, and the little girl caught it perfectly, twirling it around before pointing it at Sakiya.

"Sebastelle! White Light Shine Upon the Infinite World! Gather the wishes of the people!"

"Glorious Wish! White Saint Flash!"

She swung the broom twice at Sakiya.

They were still five meters apart.

Sakiya, however, acted as if she had just been struck by a devastating attack.

Her face turned serious.

"Such incredible power… The very will of the world itself! A terrifying blow!"

"But!" She ripped off her blindfold.

"Under my eyes, all of this will become nothingness!"

"End it all! The Great Light of Death!"

In an instant, layers of glowing circles appeared around her.

A soft blue light radiated outward, like a searchlight illuminating the battlefield.

The little girl let out a dramatic scream, tossing her broom into the air as if she had been hit.

"Ahh~!"

She hunched over in defeat.

"Y-Yu… lost again."

Sakiya grinned, walked over, and ruffled the girl's hair before handing her three pieces of candy.

"Nanako, you're already really strong, but the Eye of Death is still the strongest. You lost fair and square."

Nanako snatched the candies like it was a prized treasure.

But she still declared, "One day, when I awaken my Demon Eye, I'll definitely beat you!"

Sakiya laughed.

"Hah! We'll see about that!"

Watching this ridiculous battle unfold, Ino covered her face in second-hand embarrassment.

She let out a tired sigh.

"If she actually awakens a Demon Eye, then I'll believe in ghosts."
