"Sir, the preparations for the first phase of the plan have been completed." Sarah told Major Thompson, who nodded.
"Good, instruct the teams to slowly move out of there. Meanwhile, have we given the asset the things he requested?" He asked, and Sarah nodded.
"Yes, he received them not long ago, be asked for some privacy, and we decided to give it to him. He said he would be done in a few hours." She explained, and Major Thomposm nodded again, pleased by the speed.
"Alright, return to your post." The woman saluted and quickly went back to recording anomalies as per her job description, while Major Thompson continued to observe the battlefield.
Several hours had passed since the battle first began, and the sun was starting to set. Not that they could see it due to it being obscured by the thunder clouds, but the already dim lighting of the area turned even dimmer as a result, and visibility dropped considerably.
