Chapter 112 - Chapter 112

Venti landed on the ground, his face reeking of alcohol, clearly drunk. He had just finished drinking with Feixiao before stumbling over.

"Ying, you called me? Hiccup~"

Ying pinched her nose, looking at Venti with sheer disdain.

"Venti, can't you go a single day without drinking?"

Venti chuckled, swaying slightly.

"Wine is the essence of grain! Now, tell me, what do you need me for?"

Ying sighed. "Go and call Kevin over for me. There's no internet in Inazuma, and there's no portal."

Shen Zi, overhearing Ying mention the portal, suddenly remembered something—the door that Yuri had given to her and Ying before.

"Wait, there actually is a portal."

Ying turned to her. "You're talking about the door that teleports to Yuri's store?"

Shen Zi nodded. "Yes, Yuri gave it to us before, but I completely forgot about it when we returned. It's still at my Mingshen Taisha."

Ying smirked. "Well, that makes things easy."

She then turned to Venti. "You can go back now. We don't need you anymore."

Venti stared at Ying, his expression looking utterly betrayed, as if she had just crushed his heart. Seeing this, Ying rolled her eyes, then grabbed a piece of flower cake and stuffed it into his hand.

"Here. Consider this your compensation."

Without another word, Ying, Shen Zi, and Neuvillette made their way to the Mingshen Taisha Shrine.

Venti looked down at the flower cake in his hand, sighed dramatically, then took a bite before flying off towards Mondstadt.

Meanwhile, in Fontaine.

Furina hummed a light tune in front of her dressing table, adjusting her collar with careful precision. Once satisfied, she called out.

"Lancelot!"

A moment later, Lancelot pushed open the door and stepped inside. "Good morning, my lady. What can I do for you?"

Furina smiled. "Lancelot, where is the raw stone I asked you to collect last night?"

Hearing this, Lancelot signaled to a knight outside, who promptly walked in, carrying a small, exquisite wooden box.

Taking it from him, Lancelot presented the box to Furina. "My lady, please allow me to accompany you."

Furina patted Lancelot's shoulder reassuringly. "No need to worry, I'll be back soon."

With that, she clutched the wooden box and stepped into the portal.

Stepping through, Furina arrived at Yuri's store.

She glanced around, taking in the cozy, well-decorated interior. It felt warm and inviting, far more refined than she expected.

At the dining table before her, Kevin, March 7th, and the other train crew members sat enjoying breakfast alongside Firefly, Kafka, and several Star Core Hunters. Yuri himself was there, surrounded by six children, all happily eating.

Furina beamed and waved. "Hi! Good morning, everyone! Long time no see!"

Kevin, mid-bite into his rice, turned around. His eyes widened. "Oh! Furina! You're finally here! Long time no see!"

March 7th nodded enthusiastically. "Yeah! Furina, you finally came after so many days! Kevin and I were just talking about you last night, wondering why you hadn't shown up yet."

Furina chuckled. "I've been busy collecting raw stones." She shook the small wooden box in her hands.

Himeko stood up. "Furina, have you had breakfast yet? If not, come join us."

Furina waved her hand dismissively. "I already ate, but I came to buy something. By the way, where's the shelf?"

Kevin swallowed the last of his rice and stood up. "Come on, I'll show you how to buy things."

He led Furina to a high stool by the small bar and gestured at the interface in front of her.

"Alright, Furina, first, exchange for Stellar Jade. Then, do you see this gold trash can? Click it. Yes, that's right. Now, select 10 for the quantity. And finally, click here to buy. Perfect!"

March 7th's eyes widened in horror. "Kevin! How could you lead her into a trap?!"

Kevin scoffed. "What are you talking about? How did I lead Furina into a trap?"

March 7th pointed at the ten golden trash cans next to Furina. "Isn't this a trap?!"

Just as she finished speaking, ten dazzling golden lights filled the entire store.

Eight pick-up cards. A wooden title plaque. And a crystal-clear, azure-blue heart, surrounded by flowing water.

March 7th fell silent.

Well… it turned out the goods had been shipped. So, technically, there was no trap.

March 7th quietly returned to her seat, looking embarrassed.

Kevin, smug, turned to Furina. "So, what did you get?"

Furina gathered up the items, examining them curiously. "What are these?"

Yuri glanced over. "Those eight cards are dessert pick-up vouchers. Each one gets you 100,000 boxes, meaning you now have 800,000 boxes of desserts."

Furina's eyes sparkled. "800,000 boxes?! Oh my Archons! How long will it take me to finish all of that?!"

She carefully tucked the pick-up cards into her small wooden box.

Yuri then picked up the wooden plaque. "This is a title. Look at Kevin and March 7th."

Furina turned to Kevin and noticed big, glowing words floating above his head:

King of Trash Cans.

Kevin even stepped side to side, and the glowing text followed him wherever he moved.

Furina shuddered. "Ew~ I don't want something like that! I don't want 'King of Trash Cans' floating above my head!"

Yuri grinned. "Don't worry. Yours is different—your title is [Water Element Controller], which increases your control over water by 50% and boosts your water attack power by 300%."

Furina rubbed her chin thoughtfully. "Water Element Controller? Hmm… that actually sounds pretty good."

She decided to equip the title. Even though she wasn't a combatant or a magic user, it would still make her appear more majestic to others.

Under Yuri's guidance, Furina broke the wooden plaque in half.

The next second, the words [Water Element Controller] appeared above her head, shining brilliantly in gold.

Furina beamed with satisfaction.

Yuri then turned to the last item, his expression serious. "Now, this one is the real prize."

Everyone turned their attention toward him, curiosity evident on their faces.

Yuri held up the crystal-clear heart. "This is called [Water Magic Heart]. It grants the user all the magic memories of a top-tier water mage. Additionally, it bestows magical power equivalent to that of a high-ranking Destiny Walker. If one fully integrates all the magic contained in this heart… it could rival the power of an Order Master."

Kevin sucked in a sharp breath. "What?! That's insane!"

March 7th was equally stunned. "I thought Kevin's Judgment of Shamash was already overpowered, but this? This is completely broken! It literally turns someone into an Order Master?!"

Himeko shook her head.

"Not really. It's useless to have power without knowing how to use it.

To reach the level of a master, you must master all the magic in your memory."

Everyone agreed with Himeko's words.

Yuri returned the Water Magic Heart to Furina.

"Furina, crush it. After crushing it, you will gain power and the memory of the magic master."

Furina hesitated, confused about the overwhelming power she was about to receive. Could it really be that simple?

She reached out and pinched the Magic Heart under everyone's gaze.

Everyone watched in anticipation, waiting to see how the artifact would transfer its power.

Then, suddenly, Furina's face twisted in pain, and she yelped, quickly loosening her grip.

"Hiss!!! It hurts! It hurts! This thing is so hard! It pricks my hand!"

Furina's entire face scrunched up as she shook her hand vigorously.

The room fell into stunned silence, and a drop of cold sweat appeared on everyone's foreheads.

Ah, all that waiting for nothing.

Finally, after more than ten minutes of relentless effort and sheer determination, Furina managed to smash the Magic Heart with her fist. The price? A badly swollen hand.

She sat on a chair, tears brimming in her eyes as Bai Lu carefully prepared ointment.

Bai Lu took Furina's hand, gently pinching it before applying the medicine.

"Okay, just wait an hour or two. Be careful not to touch water or be in a high-temperature environment, or the ointment's effect will be greatly reduced."

Furina nodded, obediently following the doctor's advice.

Bai Lu packed away the medicine box and followed Jingliu outside, ready to enjoy the day.

Jingliu had a rare free day and planned to take Bai Lu and the other five little ones out for fun. Rios and Dudu also tagged along as bodyguards since Yuri wasn't around.

Kevin, March 7th, and Liuying sat next to Furina.

"Are you okay, Furina?" March 7th asked worriedly.

Furina pouted, eyes still misty.

"It doesn't hurt as much now. But I guess you really do have to pay a price for power... Woohoo~"

Kevin grinned. "Furina, come on, I'll take you somewhere fun!"

Furina wiped her tears, curiosity sparking in her eyes.

"Where?"

Kevin smirked. "Just follow me. March, Liuying, let's go."

Kevin led them into the cave.

After a busy day of construction, Kevin and March 7th had transformed the cave into something extraordinary—a massive amusement park built right on the lawn.

Near the swimming pool stood all kinds of rides: carousels, roller coasters, pendulums, pirate ships, rapids, and even a bungee-jumping platform.

The amusement park took up half of the lawn, while Dan Heng reclaimed the other half to plant fruit trees.

As they stepped into the amusement park, Kevin found the switch near the entrance and flipped it.

In an instant, all the rides roared to life, cheerful music filling the air.

Furina's eyes widened in wonder, taking in the vibrant scene.

Then, she spotted the carousel.

"I want to ride that!"

Kevin puffed out his chest. "Alright! Let's go!"

The next few hours were filled with laughter and excitement as Kevin, March 7th, Liuying, and Furina played to their hearts' content.

Building this amusement park had cost Kevin nearly 20,000 star coins. The equipment was purchased from Topaz, while the power system came from Yuri's store—a crucial purchase, since a malfunction could lead to disaster.

Meanwhile, at the store—

Ying arrived through the portal, bringing Shen Zi and Aether along.

Ying glanced around.

"Yep, this is the place."

Shen Zi and Aether curiously observed their surroundings.

Himeko took Clara to the second-floor laboratory.

Kafka dragged Blade to Penacony to buy coats. Blade, naturally, was tasked with driving and carrying bags.

Dan Heng and Welt had also gone to the cave to check on the fruit trees.

So, at the moment, only Yuri and Noelle were in the store.

Noelle greeted Ying politely.

"Ying, welcome."

Ying raised her chin. "Noelle, where is everyone? The store seems a bit quiet today."

Noelle smiled. "Everyone's busy elsewhere."

Yuri noticed Shen Zi and Aether standing behind Ying.

"Shen Zi? Aether? Finally, you two made it. It's been ages since the Lantern Festival."

Ying scoffed. "Yuri, you have no idea. If I hadn't reminded them today, they wouldn't have remembered the portal at all."

Shen Zi waved her fan. "Oh~ After they returned, they got busy reforming Inazuma, so the portal just slipped their minds~"

Yuri chuckled. "So, what brings you here today?"

Shen Zi smiled. "We're here to find Kevin. We want to buy the pick-up card she has."

Yuri pointed to the space rift near the door.

"Over there. Kevin built an amusement park in the cave.

By the way, Furina is there too, having fun."

Shen Zi raised an eyebrow. "Her Majesty Neuvillette is here as well?"

Yuri nodded. "Yeah, she came to buy something. She got a luck-based item from Sparkle.

And she got lucky. Scored something good."

Shen Zi's interest piqued. "A luck-based item?"

Yuri explained, "It's like the red envelope I gave you during the Lantern Festival. Get it?"

Shen Zi's eyes gleamed. "Oh? Then I want to try it too~"

Yuri smirked and held out a hand. "10,000 star coins, discounted."

Shen Zi pouted. "Can't you just give me one?"

Yuri shook his finger. "Nope. Small business, tight margins."

Realizing she wouldn't get it for free, Shen Zi reluctantly pulled out 1,000 raw stones and purchased a golden trash can.

"Fine, then give me one."

Yuri handed over the golden trash can.

Shen Zi examined it, then asked, "How do I use this thing?"

Yuri smirked. "Just open the lid."

The moment Shen Zi lifted the lid, a golden light burst forth, revealing a pick-up card in its place.

She picked it up and examined the words on it.

"Milk Pick-up Card, 100,000 bottles?"

Ying's eyes sparkled. She snatched the card and hugged it to her chest.

Shen Zi looked at her now-empty hands, her expression blank.

...Was it really just Milk? What was so exciting about that?

But they had more important matters to handle.

Shen Zi, Ying, and Aether stepped toward the space rift.

As they entered the cave, a familiar voice echoed through the air—

"Oh my god!! Neuvillette!!! Save me! Lancelot!! Help!!"

The trio turned and spotted Furina, Kevin, Liuying, and March 7th screaming atop a roller coaster, their voices carried away by the wind.
