Lucas tilted his head, his smirk faint but there, his eyes locked on the seer like he could see right through her. "Undress," he said, his voice calm but carrying that edge that made her stomach twist.
She froze, her hands gripping the edge of the bed, her face flushing hot.
'Undress? In front of him?' she thought, her cheeks burning even more. "Turn around," she said quick, her voice quieter than she meant, almost a whisper. "I… I want to undress alone."
Lucas raised an eyebrow, amused, but he nodded, polite enough to give her the moment.
'Doesn't matter much' he thought, turning his back, his hands loose at his sides. 'I'll be fucking her soon enough.'
The seer's fingers trembled as she fumbled with the ties of her robe, the fabric rustling as she pulled it off, letting it slide to the floor in a soft heap. Her skin prickled in the cool air, her heart pounding as she climbed onto the bed, lying back, her body bare now, vulnerable.
