Chapter - 76
Lucius parked the meat van in a dark, narrow alley, and turned off the engine. The street was almost empty at this time of the night. There was only one flickering streetlight nearby.
Lucius leaned back in the driver's seat, with his arms crossed behind his head. There was a grin stretched across his face.
"Well," he grinned out loud, "That went better than expected."
[You think? We just scammed that almighty Imran for 26 million dollars. And gave him back a half-dead meatball of a brother in return. We are legends, Master. Legends! Hehehehe]
Lucius chuckled, as he agreed, "The look on Imran's face when I handed him the bags…"
Lucius laughed louder now. His voice echoed softly in the empty alley.
"What a joke," he said, shaking his head, "Son of the richest men in the city, and I made him carry the ransom of his own brother. Hahahaha…"
[I have to say master, you are not an ordinary scammer. Are you sure it was your first time?]
