Back at home, Jingzhe's assistant showed up and pulled him away from Mingzhu's adoring crowd. They went to the parlor room on the second floor which now doubled as Jingzhe's office at home.
"Boss," Assistant Xu started with a smile on his face. "You look very well rested."
"Because it was a good night." Jingzhe pushed the doors leading to the balcony open and he stepped out. "Why did you rush over as if there was an emergency?"
Assistant Xu followed his boss to the balcony, stepped to his side and showed him a picture of Mo Jiu leaving Mei Mei's office. "Boss, the bodyguard that you placed by Mo Jiu's side to monitor her movements sent the picture and he said that Mo Jiu got into an argument with Miss Meilin." Assistant Su wiped the beads of sweat on his forehead as he prepared himself to deliver the next news. "Apparently, she told Miss Meilin not to divorce. She also made a list of demands, nine of them."
He had the list of demands and showed them to his boss.
