My whole body got numb from the impact and my body is not responding to me at all , I can only see street lights flickering as if responding to my dwindling life..my heart is beating so fast it may pop out from my chest..and I also feel so thirsty like never before..
My thoughts are in chaos and random flashes of memories both good and bad ones.
I never thought I would die to truck -kun, i haven't dated anyone in my life and I hope my family won't be too disheartened by my death.
I can feel my eyes got heavier as i struggle to keep them open..
As iam losing consciousness I had a small smile on my face I don't know why but I feel like iam at peace at last.
I may have looked like some demon while smiling as my face got drenched with my blood.
i saw in anime MC gets isekaid after getting a kiss by truck kun with a cambo pack or something, like some old man in white clothes with long beard asking me choose skills I want.
Haha ..seems like I lost my mind ...that was my last thought as I lost consciousness...
I don't know what happened or how much time had passed, I regained my consciousness but still i don't feel my body.
Is this coma? I hope not , I don't want to be a liability.

As iam thinking hard and trying to figure out my situation then a sudden blinding light startled me then after the light dissipated, before me stood a extremely handsome man smiling at me..
I was momentarily stunned , who is he? And why iam here? Is this really after life? Or have I gone mad while being in coma?
As if sensing my inner turmoil the man spoke
"Yes this is after life and you haven't gone mad" he said with a chuckle.
I don't know know what to say , is this for real? I look at him and asked
"Are you some kind of God or something?"
He looked at me for a second before saying "Well you can say that".
So he is really God huh..still its hard to believe but I don't think I can dream of some random man who i haven't seen in my life , that too in extra HD clarity..
I thought for a moment before asking
" So if I died then is this my soul talking to you?"
"Yeah and I bought your soul here to grant you three wishes and reincarnate into other world" he said
'Three wishes?I know what to ask first ,
" Can I go back to my body with a full health"?
He shook his head "No you can't , that is not possible there are some rules that can't be broken" he said firmly
' thought I can go back to my body ..huh this is ..haa ..i hope they have good life ...'
I don't know how much time had passed..he didn't said anything ...'even if he said that it is not possible I might find a way back to my world or i can bring my family with me' well three wishes are for nothing ..
I looked at him and requested"can you give me paper and pen i need to write what i want as wishes"
"Of course"as he said paper and pen appeared before me ..'well that's to be expected' i thought as I took them..
"Is there a limit to what I can ask as a wish?" I asked him to clearly know to want extent I can squeeze from a wish..
He looked at me for a second before saying "yes there is a limit and also 'one wish for one thing"
'hmm..just as i thought if is there is no limit, if not I would have asked to be a super powerful god then go back to my world and other worlds as well..still travelling to other world is possible with wishes ..'
'i think having a body that is strong to live in any world I might travel would be good' i thought.
I look up at him and asked "if I want my body to be indestructible is that include mind and soul? And how much indestructibility I can get"
"Yes that will include soul and mind and about indestructibility , to simply put you can get body as strong as captain america "he said looking down at me..
I nodded then started to scribble all things I want about my ideal body..
BODY
-fully compatible with all energies ,bloodlines,fighting techniques,skills ,articrafts ,armors.
- that won't get any negative affects(like stamina , aging , bloodline defaults and energy)

And i also wrote many absurd things I can think about my body..like growing stronger every second..well I need to squeeze as much I can .. I thoroughly checked the detailed wish about my body then I gave the paper to him ..
He looked at it for a moment I can see his eye twitching for a split second then he returned the paper back to me saying "these are the things you can ask as wish "..
I looked at the paper to see which things remained , I know I couldn't get some absurd things .
'compatiblility , indestructibility and negatives effects , adaptability these are only things remained and 'energy ' part is missing..
'hmm so no unlimited energy/ mana / chi then ..but I will remain young and got unlimited stamina '
'ohh there is fourth one ... ability to change my face ..actually i wanted ability to alter my body ..but only this remained but this is very useful ability too ..I got no complaints'
I shifted my gaze from paper to him "this will be my FIRST wish" I said while gripping paper tightly..
He nodded and said " okay granted" then I saw the things i wrote on paper vanish..
'oh I feel much stronger ..is this because my soul got buffed , this feels exhilarating..I closed my eyes while enjoying this feeling...
'i got solid foundation for my body ..and next wish will be" travelling to other worlds"..I really need to think about this '
After some time 'hmm first i I need to know if anime worlds real or not' then i opened my eyes and inquired about this..
"They are real and there are also many other worlds you don't know "he said immediately as if he knew that I would ask this..
'iam sure if there are others who came here like me that would be the first thing they will ask or he just read my mind like he is doing since we met'
Then I started thinking and wrote some key points about 'traveling to other worlds' ..as i need to clarify some things like
- can I travel to other world in any timeline?
-is there a time limit travelling between worlds?
-can I travel to other worlds I don't know(like some cultivation worlds)?
-can I bring someone with me while travelling?
I wrote these and showed it to him , he looked at paper " you are quite meticulous" he said while laughing.
I scratched my head in an embarassment
"Sorry but I need to know about things before asking for a wish"

He wave his hand saying " no need to say sorry it's good for you , anyway here " he returned the paper back to me..after answering them..

- travelling gap depends on the current world

-can not bring someone along while travelling

"How can I travel to other worlds, like do I need to say something or do some ritual ? I inquired
" No need for ritual just say key word about the world you want to travel " he said with a little chuckle..

"Okay I want ability to travel to other worlds as my SECOND wish" I said with trembling hands as iam excited thinking about the anime worlds I can visit.
God nodded and said " okay granted"
'hmm i don't feel any difference seems like I need a body to test it '
'Now for my last wish , I can ask for all time Isekai favourite SYSTEM or abilities of particular overpowered blue slime'
' if i remember correctly he became a omniscient being , that is want i wanted to become.
'WAIT!!! What about my memories? oh my god ' i immediately turned towards God who is now smiling as if he knew what I wanted to ask'
"Will I have my memories after I reincarnated?
I asked him with a nervous and hurried tone
"What do you think wishes are for?"he said with a bit of amusement.
'oh god, iam glad i asked , thinking about not having my memories makes me shudder '
After calming down a bit i thought about things I can ask about memories.
"Can I have memories of all people belong to their jobs along side my full memories? I asked him eagerly
'iam just a normal medic student so having memories of different people doing different jobs can greatly benifit me.'
'i can be doctor , engineer , programmer and hacker even more an all rounder'

" you can only have your memories " he said shattering my all rounder dream.
I nodded my head somewhat disappointed then thought for a moment asked again " how about photographic memory along with my full memories?"
( A/N : he can only ask regarding ONE thing per wish)
"Yes you can " the god replied
I took a deep imaginary breadth " that is my THIRD wish" i said then god nodded then granted my third wish.
"That is all ! I hope you enjoy your life " the god said with a smile
"Wait!! I said then bowed " thank you for fulfilling my wishes I don't know if this is your job or you did this on your own , I wanted to say thank you!!"
God's expression didn't change and didnt said anything but there is a hint of approval or may be satisfaction on his face?
As the light enveloped me i lifted my head to see God smiling at me saying " hope you like your first world RYAN"

That is last thing I saw as I got fully enveloped in a light then the light got replaced by darkness..
'hmm, seems like iam in physical body now'
