Everywhere looked misty with cloud. It looked like it was about to rain. I looked around me fearfully.
IIt looked like I was standing in the middle of a breaking cliff. I risked a glimpse down, I almost went berserk with fear. My eyes darted around in search for any place to hide.
Where exactly was this place?
'The dangerous part of the portal between the dead and the living.'
I jerked around immediately. 'Mother?' I called. 'Why am I here again? You told me my time wasn't up yet.'
'Of course my child. Your time isn't up yet, and you just can't come in here when you please unless you are a very powerful witch.'
Confusion took over my face. 'But you told me the last time I was here that only you have the power to control things around here, shouldn't that include who enters and who doesn't?'
she shook her head. 'You are not listening child.' She pointed at the falling cliff around me. 'Command it to seize breaking down.'
