Sebastian and Johan both moved at the same time, jumping high in the air, and then placing their hands firmly on the ground "Ruler's Domain!!" yelling at the same time.
Instantly, violent purple light spread in the entire area, rocks started falling from the walls, and the ceiling, as if a landslide was happening, creating high dust clouds everywhere.
Ruler's domain was a high-level Gravity spell that mixed user's aether with the gravitational pull of the planet in the selected area, and increased it by 100 times for everyone else beside the places where the user didn't want it to increase, currently those places being Johan, Sebastian, Olivia, and Orihime's aether signature.
Olivia's body shook, and instantly, a bright black sword made from pure melted aether manifested in her right hand, she wore an evil grin that didn't suit her beautiful face.
Johan leaped up in the sky, followed by Sebastian, and Orihime.
He quickly motioned Orihime with a hand gesture—clenching his hand, then opening it fully, like it was exploding, that only she understood.
Orihime clenched her hands in a praying gesture, mumbling quietly, 'Paper magic: I am'
The entire group that was supposed to invade the Aurelian Empire had discussed tens of combinations to utilize each other's abilities the best, doing hundreds of drills to execute them perfectly.
As veteran soldiers, this was enough for them. Now they all understood each other's specialty clearly, leaving only Olivia out.
But with Olivia's abilities, Johan had instantly planned for Olivia to be a kind of wild card that none can understand on the battlefield, now all that was needed was to adjust their fighting style so that Olivia could bloom fully.
Instantly, thick white liquid started flowing out from every atom near the surface in the few hundred meters, spreading on its own, and becoming like a paint coating over the entire area.
One of the rouges, sensing danger, moved to bite off Orihime's neck, but it moved much, much slower due to heavy gravity, still fast, but slow for people he was trying to attack.
Olivia instantly teleported beside Orihime, cutting the poor rouge in half in a single movement.
Olivia's speed was not normal, it was instantaneous. She didn't even seem to move, she just disappeared and appeared beside Orihime.
Johan's grin widened, shaking his head as he appeared beside another rouge, instantly smashing its head to the ground.
This was the technique Orihime used, "I am" was a spell only people with her ability could use that allowed everything, and anything to be freely manipulated by Orihime, be it time, space, fate, or physics.
Only limit being the aether reserves. The amount of aether spent depended on the force of change she was making, like if she was to rewind time, Orihime would instantly die because of both aether, and life force draining immediately.
It wasn't that overpowered because of this, like even moving someone strong against their will consumed a high amount of energy.
Like, if she was to move Radhaan, even just the clone, she would need to spend more than 20% of her entire aether reserves, which was just not worth it.
But it was different with Olivia, the amount of aether spent was miniscule since Olivia didn't even try to resist.
Orihime clenched her fist, and instantly, Olivia, and Johan, started disappearing, appearing beside Rouges, chopping them in pieces, and disappearing again, only to appear back.
All the manabeasts split up in pure horror, trying to avoid death, as they didn't even understand what was happening anymore, but their speed was too slow to dodge Olivia and Johan's attack.
Radhaan still stood high, floating in the air, the 100x gravity having no effect on him, watching the slaughter coldly.
His eyes were filled with suppressed anger, trying to understand each, and every ability with the data he had in his memory while also having a staring competition with Johan.
And finally, Radhaan grinned, making a move.
Johan's entire body trembled, and… it started melting. He screamed in pain, but used [Regeneration] immediately, observing as his flesh burned, only to regrow again.
Radhaan had just moved one finger, and the spell was already enough to kill an average stage 0.
"This was [Paralyze], a stage 5 lightning magic spell… Do you understand the difference? Now… I am warning you for the last time, surrender." Radhaan said calmly, his voice almost mocking.
"Haha, you're certainly strong." Johan said through gritted teeth, landing back on the ground with a ferocious grin, still with melting flesh.
Then—
Johan grabbed his neck, pressing it violently with his full strength that it had marks of his fingers, and suddenly, his body stopped melting, instantly regenerating back to the perfect condition.
He let go of the grip on his neck, coughing slightly, then turning back to the Radhaan who was slowly descending on the ground in front of him.
[Paralyze] worked by electrocuting the muscles around the neck, and the electricity in Radhaan's spell was too hot for the flesh to handle so it even started melting it.
Normally it should've been a perfect spell to mock the enemy as it ended a fight before it even started, and left them completely helpless in extreme pain, but Johan, with a simple release of [Defuse] easily destroyed it immediately.
Defuse was not only for Leor, but it was in general a very useful spell, especially in moments like this.
Also, there was one more factor that contributed to this.
Johan's grin widened, 'You're only at less than a quarter of your strength…' he said in a mocking tone.
Radhaan's face darkened, confirming Johan's suspicions.
A normal [Paralyze] from Radhaan would never be removed so easily, even with a full-powered Defuse. Radhaan's lightning magic wasn't normal magic that could just simply be deprogrammed.
Radhaan's expression didn't falter, only growing more excited, "Sticky Light!!" he yelled, making Johan's frown deepen.
This was Radhaan's ability, it made the magic, and aether he used unbelievably sticky, like, if the [Paralyze] was cast through this ability, the electricity would've been enough to kill Johan before the Defuse had fully deprogrammed it.
A.N.= Omg Radhaan is fucking amazing, if I could reincarnate in this world, I wouldn't choose Leor, I would choose him(without that favouribility system, like in the original game) yeah Leor is overpowered, but traveling at light sounds better, imagine flying so fast, and smitting people like Zeus, I can finally live my god complex fantasy.
