Almost three months since Kokabiel Incident!

Change of POV: 3rd POV
Morgan checked the time on her watch.
It's 2:17 PM.
" Time to summon first National-Level Hunter." She spoke, the she turned behind her to look at waiting Ikari-San." Isn't it, Ikari-San?"
Ikari-San smiled for moment. " Indeed, Morgan-Sama. Which one do you hope to summon?? She questioned, as she interlocked her fingers on her stomach.
Both of them are currently in basement, that's where Morgan is going to summon 'National-Level' Hunter.
And Ikari-San is here so she would take the Hunter away towards 'Base of Operations' in Kuoh, and then towards our Base in Tokyo.
After that, National-Level Hunter would be given a mission eventually, or will be hidden from 'public eye'.
It's one thing when whole Supernatural World thinks that Goto is Ultimate-Class and very few know that he is Satan-Class, for example Azazel himself.
And in Supernatural world, despite them seeing Goto as a 'strong Human' that is Ultimate-Class, he is not on same level with Vasco Strada in their eyes that is.
But it's different if Morgan summons a Super Devil-Class and how them to everyone, it's literally making a bounty on their head. There is no doubt that some Supernatural forces would join hands just to eliminate them somehow.
They might be strong, stronger than most. But deep down they are still Human, and tactics with using poison to kill them still exist.
Morgan replied. " My favorite might be Liu Zhigang. Compared to Christopher Reed and Thomas Andre who got 'upgraded' by Norma Selner, the Hero of China was not. So it interests me how strong he would have been if he was... Thomas Andre stood as Number 1 Hunter and 'Strongest Hunter and Strongest Tanker'. While Liu Zhigang stood as Number 2 without Norma Selner's Upgrade as 'Second Strongest Hunter' and 'Strongest Fighter'. " She added.
What she said is true.
"And then, Christopher Reed who is 3rd in ranking, but I'm not sure if he was strongest was also upgraded by Norma Selner. It just piques my curiosity on how strong would Liu Zhigang have been if he was upgraded too..."
Her reasoning is valid, she already decided that she would summon Norma Selner soon, she will need to upgrade Goto Ryuji, Lennart Niermann and new National-Level Hunter soon enough.
"Oh upgrader?" Ikari-San questioned.
Ah yes, Morgan did not tell anyone about the existence of Norma Selner, but even so it will also continue to be top secret in her Human Faction.
But since she started it, it shouldn't be a problem to indulge Ikari-San curiosity after all, she has been with Morgan from number 1 day and they knew each other pretty well.
Morgan trusts her.
Morgan crossed her arms over her chest before replying. " Indeed, woman known as Norma Selner is top Secret Hunter from USA. They mostly used her as 'bargaining chip' to bribe strong Hunters from other nations to join USA. She apparently upgrade someone's Capabilities by 20/30%. Thus she was top secret and valuable."
"No wonder.. Then she would be valuable asset once our zone of influence rises. " Ikari-San agreed.
Morgan stepped forward. " I will summon him now, I'm already too curious to see who will it be."
Ikari-San stepped back for a moment.
Morgan uttered " [System[." And it screen showing [System]'s basic functions 'manifested'.
She then proceeded to tap on [Summoning-Center]
Then followed by tapping on [Random-Tickets].
Then Morgan opened another window, this time with [Knowledge-Shop] and searched for Japanese Language.
Morgan right now only speaks English and Japanese. And there are only two English speaking National-Level Hunters.
While every single on is not, and if she indeed summons 'Liu Zhigang'...
Then he will need Language Rune-Stone, the guy doesn't speak English after all.
Morgan searched for 'Japanese' and brought another Japanese Rune-Stone.
Whoever she summons will anyway require Japanese Language, no matter if they were even Thomas Andre, since they will be working in Japan right now.
Morgan then closed the window with [Knowledge-Shop] and took the Rune-Stone from [Inventory] and checking the Inventory she has 86 spaces left.
Morgan clutched the Rune-Stone in her hand before she closed the [Inventory] and this time paid her full attention to [Random-Tickets] Option.

Morgan cast one glance towards her wallet.

She just barely has for one National-Level Hunter.
Her index finger moved towards 'screen', trembling slightly.
In excitement?
After all, once she summons a Super Devil-Class Human, her Faction could be called something worthy to look at after all.
And she would need only numbers now..

She tapped.
[Confirm]
She clicked once more, confirming it.
And then, she saw how her wallet dropped from ten millions to 2,450 in instant.

Followed by man appearing in front of her.
It was young man, in his early 20s. Wearing red shirt and black pants with white sneakers.
Young man has brown eyes and long black hair styled into ponytail with several large strands of hair dangling in front of his face. With sharp eyebrows. Tall, presumably 190cm, hiding his hands in pockets. With a grin splattered on his face.
It was Liu Zhigang, albeit younger than he was first shown. As mentioned, his appearance is probably when he became Hunter, so before Kamish's rampage.
He somehow has that 'Young Master' aura but actually packed with some strength to prove it.
Morgan almost gaped at him!
She wanted to jump in happiness!
Despite Liu Zhigang barely appearing in Solo Leveling, she certainly favored him over most characters. Even more than Thomas Andre, who she quite disliked to begin with.
But then, Liu Zhigang broke the tension in air.
Liu Zhigang 'kneeled' before Morgan on one knee. His right palm facing the gold ground as he spoke.
"我叫刘志刚,我拜我的公主." It was Mandarin probably, but he spoke the words in unfamiliar language while taking a 'kneeling position' to show his respect towards Morgan.
Morgan knew that language barrier will be a problem, so she 'showed him' Rune-Stone with Japanese language, and then motioned him to crush it.
Liu Zhigang with intrigued face took the stone before crushing it next second, and his eyes glowed white for a moment before knowledge of Japanese language filled his head.
Now, Morgan already though that Liu Zhigang could be danger to Goto on others. Why?
Well, just go back to WW2 and check the Asian front between Japan and China.
She hopes that Liu Zhigang would not massacre Goto Ryuji though.
Then she saw Liu Zhigang's Stats.

Liu Zhigang smirked. " My name is Liu Zhigang, one of the strongest Hunters at your service. My princess." He stood up while flashing his famous smirk.
Morgan raised her eyebrow at this.
"I'm Morgan Le Fay, Leader of soon to be Human Faction. It's pleasure to have your services, Mr. Liu Zhigang." She introduced herself, but Liu Zhigang waved it off.
"There is no need for Mr. Just Liu Zhigang will suffice from you, Lady Morgan." He mock-bowed once, before his gaze shifted towards awaiting Ikari-San. " But who might you be?"
Morgan's eyes moved, following his own.
Ikari-San stepped forward. " I'm Kosu Ikari, first-hand contact to our bases of operations from Morgan-Sama." She introduced herself before bowing as a sign of respect towards Liu Zhigang, and usual bow coming from Japanese women.
Liu Zhigang only nodded, a sign of affirmation. But then his eyes moved towards Morgan.
"I have questions, would you answer them?" He asked before crossing his arms over his chest.
Morgan nodded. " It's fine, but basement is not really a fine place for questioning is it? Let's go upstairs to kitchen and have tea over the talk?"
Liu Zhigang shrugged his shoulders. He honestly doesn't care that much about his environment.
Morgan nodded before she motioned Ikari-San and Liu to follow her.
So they walked upstairs, before Morgan pushed the doors and then they walked towards kitchen.
"Ikari-San if you would please make tea?"
Ikari-San nodded before she walked towards kitchen. But both Morgan and Liu took a seat in living room.
"So what questions do you have? " Questioned Morgan but then added. " I'll be happy to answer them."
Liu nodded. " First one, what world we are in? The moment you summoned me into basement I was able to sense mana in the 'air' or surrounding. It's much greater quality than back in our world." He then took a wallet from his pockets, then taking out ID card from his pocket and checking it over. " Data on this ID card is accurate."
Morgan nodded. " The mana you feel to be of greater quality is most-likely because it's the 'Age of God's' here, if you want to call it like that. " Then she added. " Meaning that every single mythology from Earth you remember exist here."
Liu raised his eyebrow at this. " Every single one? Then does Buddha exist too?"
At that, Morgan was uncertain. She had read countless fanfictions and watched four seasons of Anime. And she doesn't remember the mention of 'Buddha'. The closest one would be Monkey King and his descendant.
"Actually, out of all other Mythologies and Religions, Buddha's one was most mysterious. Though I should warn you that Sun Wukong exist, Buddha probably does."
Liu's face split into battle hungry grin. " Then what about God of the Bible? The Devil? The Nordic Gods?" He shoot a question one after another.
Oh yes, Morgan now remembers. This guy was supposed to be battle-hungry maniac..
Does he really wants to challenge all those Gods now?
Morgan Face-palmed. 'This might be way more difficult. 'Than she thought at first.
"Indeed, Nordic Gods are still alive... But God of the Bible died after killing Four Great Satans, the Leaders of Devils hundreds of years ago at their Great War. But this is classified information." She replied anyway, no point in hiding something so trivial from her strongest Hunter to begin with.
Liu's face fell for a second. " But wasn't he supposed to be omnipotent?"
Morgan shrugged. " Not in this world, while Gods from all mythologies exist it doesn't mean that those mythologies are exactly true. "
Liu nodded. " What about Hindu Gods?"
"That' s the funny part. You see, there is a list of TOP 10 Strongest Beings in the World. And if you were ranked right now and known publicly you would have been ranked there too. And two Hindu Gods, specifically Shiva and Indra are ranked in top 5 respectively."
Liu nodded, he seemed satisfied with Morgan's answer for a moment, though he still radiated battle-hungry smirk on his face. He really wants a good fight, does he?
"Who are these Top 10 Strongest beings in the world then?" He leaned further in his chair.
And just in time, Ikari-San arrived with plate and on it three cups of green tea.
"Well, 1st Place are taking Great Red and Ophis, both are known as Dragon Gods. 2nd place is Shiva, Hindu God of Destruction. 3rd Place is God of the Bible, as I mentioned before, his death is classified information. " Morgan spoke, then she added. "4th Place is Indra, 5th Place Brahma and Visnu, 6th Place Current Lucifer and Beelzebub, 7th Place Hades, God of Dead, 8th Place Thor, 9th Place Son of Lucifer and 10th Place Fenrir."

Morgan nodded. " Yes but Demons here are calling themselves 'Devils' and each mythology have their own factions. For example, Devil Faction led by current Four Great Satan, Heaven Faction led by Michael, Norse Faction led by Odin. And Grigori which is Fallen Angel faction led by Azazel."
