Soon, Kaiser's group's time in the library was up, completing the deal he had with the librarian.
"Oi, come out."
Kaiser said unenthusiastically, his eyes fixated on a specific spot.
Unsurprisingly, the space rippled and the Librarian walked out, looking calm.
"We're ready to leave."
Kaiser stated indifferently, already tired of the empty library.
"I understand."
Noting his impatience, they nodded, then pulled out a pair of black jade earrings.
"As an apology for what has transpired between us, I'm offering you this."
Kaiser collected the earrings, giving them a curious look.
"What does it do?"
The librarian smiled, happy they had successfully intrigued him.
"It can change the color of your blood to whatever color you want it to be." They paused, gauging the reactions of the two girls behind him. Then seeing that they didn't seem to have any reaction, he continued.
