One week had passed by a blink of an eye, on the night just before the Rhelgar family arrives Allen said his plans to nyra.
"Send them away," Allen said, voice cool but firm.
Nyra knelt before him, still marked and leaking from the night before, her naked skin flush with a shameful heat. Her hair was tangled, her lips raw. But her eyes—those proud, foxkin eyes—were lowered now. Tamed.
"Every healthy male," he continued. "Out of the village by sunrise. Special hunting mission. No questions."
She swallowed, nodding.
"Yes, Master. It will be done."
