The next day, the morning sun shone warmly over Shenzhen. After a few days of unexpected vacation, Jiu Fan wore his school uniform again. He walked leisurely towards school, enjoying every step, as if a new feeling had enveloped him. However, who would have thought that today was no ordinary day. Today would be the beginning of an event that would change everything.
Arriving at the school gate, Jiu Fan was immediately greeted by Wu Lixue who was already standing waiting for him. "You're finally back from your vacation." Wu Lixue said with a bright smile.
Jiu Fan only responded with a chuckle. "Hahaha, yes. My vacation was quite… interesting."
Wu Lixue watched him with a curious look. "Interesting? Could it be that you…"
Before Wu Lixue could finish her sentence, Jiu Fan asked quickly, "Oh yeah, where's Xiao Zhen? He hasn't been seen since I arrived."
Wu Lixue shook her head. "I haven't seen her either. Maybe she hasn't come yet?"
However, before the conversation could continue, a noisy voice was heard from outside the school building. An unusual crowd.
"What's going on?" Jiu Fan frowned.
The two walked to the classroom window and peered into the crowd. Several male students were seen crowding near the window, scrambling to see something.
"Look! Our school has a new teacher! And she's… so beautiful!" one of the students exclaimed from the side bench.
"New teacher?" Wu Lixue muttered curiously.
"Where's the new teacher?" Jiu Fan asked, his eyes sweeping the yard.
"Look at that…" the student pointed. "The purple-haired woman standing near the principal."
Jiu Fan's eyes followed the direction of the student's finger, and his gaze instantly became fixed. The woman stood gracefully. Her purple hair fluttered in the morning breeze, her clear eyes gazing around calmly.
"Wow, she's so beautiful!" Wu Lixue said with an expression of admiration.
But Jiu Fan didn't say a word. He just stayed silent, his gaze turning sharp. "I feel like I know that person…" he muttered softly.
"No way…" he continued in a stunned tone.
"What's wrong, Jiu Fan?" Wu Lixue asked in surprise.
"She… she's Lin Rubi." Jiu Fan replied softly.
"Huh?! You know her?" Wu Lixue stared at him in surprise.
"Yes… she's the woman I met during the holidays…"
Wu Lixue turned her face outside, then looked back at Jiu Fan. "I didn't expect her to come to our school… and become a teacher again."
"I can't believe it either." Jiu Fan said while touching his chest which was now beating erratically.
Not long after, the bell rang. All the students returned to their seats. A senior teacher entered the classroom with a friendly smile.
"Good morning everyone." he greeted. "Today, we will have a new teacher who will teach in this class."
He turned to the door. "Please come in."
The door opened slowly. Light but authoritative footsteps entered the room. All eyes were on her. Several students held their breath.
"This is the new teacher I meant."
"Hello everyone." the woman greeted in a soft but firm voice. "Let me introduce myself, my name is Lin Rubi. I hope you can accept me as a teacher in this class."
A small clapping sound was heard from the entire class, but their attention was not on what Lin Rubi said, but on her charming figure.
But only Jiu Fan knew, this woman was not just an ordinary teacher. She had a secret. And more than that—she had once been a part of his life.
From where she stood, Lin Rubi looked at Jiu Fan. Their gazes met. In her heart, Lin Rubi whispered, "So… I didn't come to the wrong school. I get to meet you again."
Jiu Fan muttered to himself, "I didn't think I would meet her again…"

When break time arrived, Jiu Fan sat alone on his bench. He was still digesting the fact that Lin Rubi was now a teacher at his school. Suddenly a shadow stood beside him.
"Long time no see..." the voice sounded soft.
Jiu Fan turned his head. "Lin Rubi..."
"Finally... we meet again." Lin Rubi said with a sweet smile.
"How did you become a teacher at this school? Aren't you a professional singer?" Jiu Fan asked in confusion.
Lin Rubi took a deep breath. "After I got out of the hospital... I lost my job. They fired me because I couldn't perform. So I decided to move to Shenzhen city, looking for a new life. I applied to be a teacher and... it turned out, fate brought me to this school."
Wu Lixue who was watching from a distance looked restless. Her eyes watched the interaction between them. She gripped her pencil tightly, looking down. There was an inexplicable feeling in her chest.
Suddenly, Lin Rubi touched Jiu Fan's back gently, whispering the words, "I miss you so much... Do you miss me too?"
Jiu Fan turned around quickly. "Sorry… don't be like this at school. Someone might misunderstand."
Lin Rubi chuckled. "That girl sitting over there… is your girlfriend?"
"She… she's someone I admire." Jiu Fan answered honestly.

A few hours later, as the sun began to tilt to the west, Jiu Fan walked home along the sidewalk. He passed a digital news board that was lit up in bright red.
> "ATTENTION TO ALL EARTH'S RESIDENTS: IT IS REPORTED THAT A METEOR THE SIZE OF THE MOON WILL HIT THE EARTH. YOU ARE RECOMMENDED TO BE PREPARED AND PRAY FOR SAFETY."
Jiu Fan's eyes widened. "What?! A meteor the size of the moon?! This is no ordinary disaster…"
From behind the shop, Xiao Zhen watched him silently. "He will definitely use the power of the Star Brooch… It's time…"
Jiu Fan put down his bag and stood up straight.
"Shine! Taishe, activate teleportation outside the earth!"
His body was enveloped in light. In an instant, he was standing in space. In front of him, a giant meteor was speeding at incredible speed.
"This… is so big…" Jiu Fan whispered.
"Shine! Turn the brooch into an arrow!"
A luminous bow appeared in his hand. He drew the bullet, aiming it straight at the meteor.
"If I fail… this world will be destroyed. Everyone has placed their hopes on me… I must not disappoint them!"
On earth, people prostrated themselves and prayed, begging for salvation. In the sky, a teenager held his breath and released an arrow.
The arrow cut through space and hit the meteor. In an instant, Jiu Fan multiplied the arrows, hundreds of them striking the meteor from all directions.
"No one can destroy this world…!!!" Jiu Fan shouted with his last strength.
The meteor… shattered. Into pieces. It did not touch the earth's atmosphere.
On earth, people cheered. Some cried. Some thought their prayers had been answered by the heavens. No one knew who his savior was.
Jiu Fan smiled as he looked at the earth from a distance. "I will not let this world be destroyed… even if it is the Creator's destiny."
He then teleported back.

A kick hit his stomach and he was thrown far away. Blood gushed from his mouth.
