The savory scent of meat woke up Len. He didn't realize he would fall asleep on Claude's shoulder for real. When his neck ached, he had to rise and massage his nape. At his movement, Claude fished inside his bag for a meat sandwich.
Len accepted the sandwich and ate regardless of his hunger. He was busier looking around to find where they were. After a glance at his expensive wristwatch, Len figured they were on the road for roughly three hours. Most wolves had fallen asleep while some were passing food around. Len shifted in his seat and spotted the people who were giving away sandwiches and packed juices.
"The Eagle Faction is giving out food, but I packed some." Claude glanced at the grouchy-looking, newly risen Len. He even chuckled at Len's frown. "Do you want another sandwich?"
"Do you pack enough for the two of us?" Len smiled as he received another. He even had juice with it. A chuckle came as his response. "Do you usually travel around?"
