Ling was an ordinary university student — a dreamer who spent countless nights marathoning One Piece episodes. After surviving his first brutal semester of exams, all Ling wanted was a peaceful vacation. Fate, however, had other plans. A tragic plane crash ends his life prematurely... or so he thought.

Since I'm the no.1 fan of One Piece, I decided to write this fanfic. I wanted Ling to represent us fans, who wanted to see Luffy's adventure in person. Not manga, not anime. I also want to cover some plot holes in the process.
