Caleb woke up, his body feeling a bit stiff from the little exercise the day before.
He looked forward to find Naya's figure; she was already dressed in a short white gown.
"Are you up?" she asked with a soft voice as she felt his movements.
"Yeah. I am," Caleb said, sitting up on the bed while getting a clearer view of what she was doing.
She held the card up close, as though examining it.
"Anything wrong with the card?" Caleb asked.
"No, I'm only connecting with it..." she replied bluntly. She took a deep breath, placing the card away, apparently done with what she was doing.
"I guess there's a lot I'm yet to know about the cards?" Caleb asked.
"Yes, the cards are strange... Even I at first didn't know much about them until I went there," Naya said, her eyes flashing with slight fear as the memory crossed her mind.
She jolted up slightly in surprise as Caleb's hands crossed over her from behind.
"No need to be scared... I'm here for you," Caleb said confidently.
