"Haaaaaah!" Neko-sensei exhaled as loudly as she could. "I could really use a cigar right now," she muttered, collapsing onto the ground with a bitter chuckle.
Kelvin struggled to stay upright, but with unsteady steps, he made his way to her side. "You said it." He paused, glanced at the stunning, injured woman, then smiled. "That move of yours never fails to impress me. You weren't even using full power, were you?"
Neko-sensei scowled. "Kel, what exactly are you after? Flattery won't get you far."
Kelvin narrowed his eyes. "What makes you think I'm after something?"
Neko-sensei tilted her head. "Aren't you?"
Looking at her for a moment, he quickly turned away — partly because her bare skin was exposed, and also because she had hit the nail on the head.
He scratched his cheek for a moment, then spoke, his face flushed a deep red. "Well... I was just wondering... Could you leave out the part about me being pathetic in your report?"
