The same day after completing that day's teaching schedule, the available faculty were in the office including Richard. He is working on a presentation report that he will be discussing the next day when a professor handling 2nd Year-class B walked in hurriedly to Professor Richard's desk. "Richard have you receive a letter coming from one of you're student" He said with a worried expression.
"Oh what a shame... i thought it was a mistake" Professor Richard said.
Professor Richard then looks at one of his paperwork from the corner side of his desk and so the other professor look at it as well and find out Professor Richard also receive the same.

Hello Professor Richard, sorry for the inconvenience that this will cause. I would like to request for a authorization to use the school arena for my official 1VS1 duel, with an opponent from class B-2nd Year, Lukas Abraham. This duel will be held and approved by both parties tomorrow morning 7 am to 8 am. This is part of our strength evaluation, to make sure at the end of the duel both parties will integrate from the result. thank you for considering.

The next day it was as early as dawn when Reymund readied up and walk to school both the mom and the maid is still sleeping. His Father Victor was about to work to the village hall, when he stopped his son, Reymund and said to him. "Rey! Whatever happens to this duel, think of it as a life lesson, and gain from it."
Reymund smile and says "Yes dad, i will" as he walk out.
He did not inform to his childhood friend Elinoise about the duel and mumble to himself "I guess you have to walk to school alone Elsy"

On the school lobby Reymund walks all the way to the arena with his backpack. While walking he smells the early morning air, with a fresh scent, he calm and relax. In his mind, Wow, i never the smell of the air at early sunrise is good, no bad smell, no breathe of everyone around me, no distortion coming from magics. This is the type of morning i would agree myself to be relaxing of all times.
he then quickly mumbles "You know what, even though we're fighting to with intention of possibly dropping out. I'm thankful to you for making me wake up this early, so, thanks?" he told to himself free from everyone since very few students go to school at this hour.
At the Arena Reymund is sitting at the VIP audience sit while waiting for the time of the duel. He is eating snacks and is waiting for Lukas to appear.
"look at that, you're quite early today. you feel like dropping out sooner" Lukas said as he approach Reymund.
"I swear, if you break the promise we agreed on, i will not hesitate to kill you whenever i can"
Reymund sigh, and said "what is with you and the word kill" as he look Lukas with a side eye.
"You keep saying that so many times, its starting to get annoying"

Lukas then chuckles.
"Now you're speaking back to me, you're brave, I'll tell you that. You're the first one who be-friended Sarah, faced my wrath, and still manage to be friends with her. I think that is a good thing"
"If you win, I'll be out of Sarah's life for good, and if i win, same goes to you." Lukas said as he seat six seats between Reymund's."
"Since we established a new agreement how about we talk you and i, one last time." Lukas said as he looks at the light blue sky.
Lukas then stands up and gets closer to Reymund, slowly approaching him.
"i knew about my condition, i have Dissociative identity disorder" Lukas said as he looks at Reymund.
Reymund was caught surprise by the sudden revelation and said to him "If you knew, why did you agree with this duel agreement? it is not too late to back down." said Reymund.
"You don't understand, I have harmed Sarah throughout my life. I want to walk with her and be with her. However, every time I see her, a flashback of her kidnapping occurs in my mind and i see everyone around her as criminal that will take her away from me. And the last thing I know is that I have harmed those she cherishes."
"The trigger point is when I see her with someone or when i think of her interacting with someone other than me, my aggressive side bursts out and I lose myself. And whenever i go back to my senses i always think that she would never go through this again when I'm gone. She will have many friends and carry on living a happy life. I am nothing more than a burden to my childhood friend and to them." Lukas reason as he started tearing up.
"I leave it all to you Reymund, if i ever lose control on our battle, please don't hesitate to kill me, brand it as self-defense. Or else i might hurt another one of her friends." Lukas said as he grip on my shoulder.
Reymund think, Oh my god, i just wanna talk this out but with all that talk that happened. it is not solving anything just adding more problems!

The time for the official duel is right around the corner, everyone was cheering loudly. The class 2-A is cheering for Lukas while Reymund classmates is cheering on him. All available class from different sections arrive for this duel. But they do not know what is under the surface.
Elsy walks in on the the class seat at the arena and said "EHHH!!!, How did this happened?!!"
"I just gone out for a few days and now there is a battle coming up with Rey and a 2rd year student?!!!" She asks some of her male classmate.
"I don't know either, they just submitted the letter in secret. We just found out after someone from class 2 spoke with us about it" He replied.

The referee then stated the ground rules, "In this duel there is no time limit, if the other person is unable to continue the match, the opposing party will be titled victory. Killing the opposing party is critically prohibited. For safety measures, both party must wear the Withdrawal ring, when inflicted a killing blow, the ring will break indicating a force withdrawal, and the opposing team will be titled victory.
But seriously how will that ring save me, if it break I'm dead. Reymund thought in his mind
Reymund looks at the opposite side of the arena and Lukas is standing there. Reymund thought to himself, right now his in control, but whenever he think that something is about to happened to Sarah. that is when his other self comes out, i need to distinguished between the two.
both of them is waiting for the final sound of the bell, for the duel to commence. Reymund was nervous and sweating while looking at Lukas for any sudden movement.

*Bell rang*
"Ready...."
"Set..... "
*Bell finished ringing*
Lukas point his hand to Reymund and chanted "Bulk Gravity".
Suddenly a large magic circle is seen underneath Reymund. A bright red color with unknown symbols. Reymund slowly getting flattened by the sudden gravity increase. He felt as he is currently lifting 1 kg of rice. The area around the circle is slowly getting distorted as the gravity slowly increasing to its maximum output.
"Look at that amazing display of magic circle, programed to slowly smash Reymund from the shear force of a gravity." the host mentions
Loud cheer is heard coming from Lukas class 2-A, meanwhile Class 1-A is in silent and worried what this will conclude off.
While experiencing a massive weight from his body Reymund slowly looks forward to see Lukas expression.
Unfortunately, Lukas is hiding his expression as he looks under him. His eyes were covered by his hair. unable to tell if he has change. On Reymund's mind, this is getting nowhere i plan to at least enjoy this while holding back.
Reymund suddenlt open his hand and aims it right below him.
"Explosion"
A huge blast suddenly erupts from where Reymund is standing outpowering the gravity and makes reymund fly upward by the shockwaves.
Lukas then smiles and said "Your right where i wanted to, Gravity Reversal"
Suddenly a white wave exponentially expanded and reach Reymund mid air. And suddenly Reymund feels like his feet is weightless and his head starting to pull him to the sky.
He slowly drifting upward almost like his falling up the sky. Reymund started screaming unable to comprehend what is happening to him.
Why am i uncontrollably flying up, Reymund thought as he flap his body try maintain balance.
"Gravity Reversion X3"
Suddenly Reymund got thrown back to earth 3x the original gravity and landed face down. next think shown as he collides back ground a huge sand scattered from the landing area creating a dust of smoke.
"What's this? is the duel already concluded" says the host.
Everyone from the crowd was disappointed how easy the fight was. Class 1-A is even more anxious about the result. One guy from the class says, "with that speed Reymund might not recover from that?!"
Elsy who just recover from sickness slowly feeling sick as she covers her mouth with both her hands and thought,
"Rey?"
Lukas looks forward to see what happens, while the dust slowly falls back down unexpectedly, a fire arrow comes out of that smoke and the falling dust got disperse in all direction. Lukas who just barely notice. got hit by the arrow and exploded making him fly backwards.
After that airborne he slide with both his feet and his hands touching the sand for more friction.
Both Reymund and Lukas breathe heavily after that exchange of blow.
The host said, "I spoke to soon, Reymund made an unexpected comeback!"
The crowd started screaming back up again.
Suddenly Reymund got a feeling that this has happened before. He suddenly recall his first victory from his last cockfighting match. He looks at the crowd around him and find so many people from different class or visitors from outside are coming to see their duel.
He thought to himself, I nearly forgot about my life on earth.
Its been 9 years already since i got reincarnated here, i forgotten what its like to be supported again. to be applauded. and be motivated.
I grew up hating magic at some point from past experience. if i could just disregard the agreement and enjoy this moment. i might be able to show off just a bit.
Sorry mom, even though you told me back then to not show off the extent of our family magic. i might break that just a bit.
Abruptly, Reymund started getting engulf with blue flames while standing. the class 1-A started getting surprise by Reymund display of blue fire aura.
The host said, "What's this! a transformation! is he finally showing his true power!"
Lukas was then showed a bit of dissatisfaction and mumble "Oh well, i have to go all out"
"Come forth..."
"Atlas..."
Suddenly a Magic circle can be seen underneath Lukas, with a red glow and a symbol of strength and durability engraved from the circle.
Lukas slowly getting a layered muscle on top of his real body. A transparent figure of a head, arm , and torso can be seen behind Lukas.
"There it is! the toughest summon plus with gravity magic the combo will be devastating!" The host said
"All out brawl between pure fire power and strength endurance"
"This battle is going to be nuts!"
Class 1-A once again became uneasy due to Lukas Abraham's present strength. A student who is familiar with Lukas' summons stated,
"So, he is going all out then. i feel bad for Reymund after this. there's no way he can handle the combination of gravity and strength, he will become a plaything to him"
As Elsy listen to him say that, she is starting to think that maybe her bad dream has something to do with this duel, and the broken picture frame might be a sign.
Elsy began to leave the class and head somewhere, saying, "I can't take this anymore."
"Hey Eli where you going?" Diane says as she looks at Elsy going somewhere.
But she did not look back and continue leaving.
"Seriously, what's wrong with this girl." Diane mutter in silent voice.
