Exhaling slightly, Hong Jun closed his eyes and his entire demeanor changed.
A sword intent lingering around him, from the initial second level it rose all the way to the fifth level.
The insights he had were enough, but his Physique and spirit was lacking. Now that he had improved it, it wasn't shocking that his improvement wouls follow.
The only problem was that he felt a limit again, but he wanted to forcefully cross this threshold.
"For someone with a strong imagination like me, advancing my sword intent turns out simpler than I had expected. The only problem is that my physique and spirit is lacking. If not for this limitation, it shouldn't be a big deal to rise all the way to the ninth level." He thought of this, and tried to calm his mind.
"It's not that it is impossible to breakthrough, but that might require me to think of ways to strengthen my spirit." He thought with a serious expression.
For the cultivation of the grandmaster, not many are able to raise their intent to the 6th level.
According to what he knew, raising intent to a higher level was only useful in tempering the spirit quality.
To raise the level of spirit, he only knew of one way, that was improvement of realm. When it came to techniques that could be used to cultivate the spirit, he had never heard of them.
What he failed to realize was that the moment his sword intent reached the 5th Level, sword symbol has taken form in the depths of his eyes.
"I can't breakthrough anymore. Only by training in a combat environment with life and death encounters can it be possible to take the step foward faster." He stood up, and opened his eyes
Two sword phantoms where clearly visible in the depths of his pupils. It gave off the feeling of tearing everything apart. The Phantoms where more like a projection of poor quality, and appeared unstable.
"I won't be able to come to this place again for a long time. It is important to think about getting access to some martial arts insights or techniques." He obviously wanted to see if he could get some martial arts or other techniques. Even if they couldn't be used by him, it would be nice to have a collection for the clan.
"Sigh! I can't think about other things now. Let's deal with the golden liquid first." He looked up and didn't see any signs of the two old men.
"Let's try the effect of the storage space in the Celestial Suppression Pillar." With a thought a suction force erupted from the pillar he had been carrying around.
The golden liquid on was being absorbed into the pillar and golden lines appeared on the pillar.
He didn't continue to observe this, but rather was trying to locate the two old men that had also jumped into the pool.
He only saw their figures when the golden pool dropped to half, and he stopped the Celestial Suppression Pillar from absorbing the golden liquid.
"Huh! This guy's have not just become stronger! Why does the faces also look so smooth and tender unlike that of old men. If it weren't for the white hair on their heads, I would have thought it was the wrong person." He thought as he looked at them suspiciously.
He had gained a lot, but clearly this old guys where not bad. That was not all, they had not stopped practicing, clearly the gains were far from over.
He had indeed reached the limit of the mortal body and felt it was not easy to breakthrough.
He was right, but he didn't have any idea how to accomplish this. It was just that the aura coming from the old men seemed off. It was completely different from his, and that was an indication they had surpassed him.
It was just that they couldn't take that step completely even after absorbing too much energy from the golden pool to strengthen their bodies.
He wasn't naive to think that jumping from the grandmaster realm to the next stage was simple. The process was a massive transformation and it was just right to be difficult.
"Huh! Why didn't I think about such a simple thing. The numerous stars that have just appeared all around my body should not just be decorations." With a thought, he focused on one that was brightest.
"The fact this stars appeared inside my body is not a coincidence. Since I can think of this, this old guys surely can too." He then paused as though of this.
The Heaven Cut sword intent was directed towards the brightest star.
Boom!
The moment it struck the star, it dimmed slightly before erupting in even stronger briliance.
The moment this happened, he felt a strong feedback being transmitted through out his body and spirit.
"Indeed! Something is wrong with this stars." He didn't know why in his body he could see so many light spots that resembled stars after his physique reached the limit.
He had tried to even use the breathing method he had gained by observing that creature on the tattoo of his feet, and yet his physical body didn't even have a reaction.
Now, he just struck the brightest star and it had cracks on it resulting in his physical body and spirit being elevated slightly.
Even a fool could be able to tell that something was wrong.
"Based on the number of light spots(Stars) present all over my body, it would be impossible to attack them all one by one." He didn't have any other means though.
Based on the energy that had just been released making his body strenth rise slightly, he was sure to go further, he had to rely on the light spots.
"If I wanted to go further, it is necessary to have a strong grasp of of the Heaven cut sword intent and perhaps it would just require one attack to collapse the light spot(star). If I can use this properly, my physique and spirit will be strong enough to elevate my sword intent to the next level." When he thought about this, his mind became active.
How could he not see the situation clearly.
The process of transformation to the next realm would not be simple and time is also going to be required.
The higher the sword intent he has grasped the faster he could collapse the light spots.
"To put it bluntly, the light spots are not some stars at all, but more like shackles thar limited the potential of the body. If all of them are destroyed, how terifying will my physique?" He just couldn't help but Marvel at such a thought.
