Fleeing from a group of guards dressed entirely in white, a beautiful girl with golden hair was running while holding a small shoulder bag.
"Don't let her escape!!" — one of the guards shouted.
Now cornered, the girl began to panic. After running so much, would she still be caught by her captors? As the guards approached, the small bag opened, revealing a tiny creature.
"Nebby, get back in the bag!" — she whispered, her eyes pleading as she looked at the little creature. But the small Nebby quickly jumped out of the bag, letting out a cute cry.
"Cosmogggggg!"
"No, you can't—!" — before she had a chance to react, the little creature named Nebby started to glow, and soon small cracks formed around both of them. The guards, noticing the strange fluctuations, started to panic.
"D-Don't let her get away!!"
"Damn it! CATCH HER!!!"
But before they could move, the beautiful girl and the cute creature disappeared without a trace.
"We're screwed..." — muttered one of the guards, falling to his knees. The girl who just escaped wasn't the real problem… but rather the creature.
"When the boss finds out… we're doomed." — said another guard, almost in tears.

Meanwhile, in a strange forest…
A small dragon was looking around curiously. As a lifelong Pokémon fan, Ryoung was very excited about the idea of being able to live in this fantastic world from now on. But he had to lower his enthusiasm a bit… it seemed that Pheromosa had gotten lost during the strange dimensional transfer.
Feeling the breeze hitting his scales and the rich scent of nature entering his dragon nostrils, he slowly walked, brushing past low leaves and avoiding branches.
Even though he was just a newborn, he wasn't too worried. This was the world of Pokémon — what could possibly go wrong? Those were his thoughts... until he heard a branch snap. Now alert to the unknown visitor, he focused all his senses on the direction of the sound, making the most of his new capabilities as a Pokémon.
His vision, now much sharper, could see nearly two miles away — twice as far as a peregrine falcon from his old world. His hearing wasn't far behind either. Even the Marvel hero Daredevil would feel jealous… or maybe not, since he was blind.
The footsteps were getting closer. Ryoung's heart was beating as fast as a drumline in a parade. Thinking fast, he wondered what moves he could use for self-defense… but remembering his current form, he quickly became discouraged.
'Even if I use Scratch, what would it even do with these tiny claws?' — he murmured mentally, looking down at his small hands.
Lost in thought, he didn't notice the visitor getting even closer, their footsteps now slightly quicker. When a large shadow covered him, he prepared his tiny claw for an attack… but before he could strike, his mind froze.
Right in front of him, a beautiful girl was crouching down, looking at him with curiosity as she poked his scaly cheek.
Looking more closely at the girl in front of him, he was stunned. She had fair skin, steel-blue eyes, and long navy-blue hair. Her usual outfit consisted of a sleeveless sweater-dress — a black tank top with a V-neck over a white shirt, a very short pink miniskirt, and a red scarf. On her head, she wore a white beanie with a pink Pokéball design. She also had golden hair clips holding her bangs in place.
"Grrrrr!" — "Dawn!?" — said Ryoung, but the only thing Dawn heard was his adorable growl.
"Awwww, you're so cute!!" — Dawn squealed, picking Ryoung up and lifting him above her face. Ignoring the little dragon's complaints, she continued to play with him.
This beautiful girl named Dawn had just turned 10 years old, and like every child in this world, she dreamed of starting her journey through the vast world of Pokémon. But unlike what everyone thought, she didn't want to be a Pokémon Trainer. As someone who deeply appreciated beauty and cute things, her dream was to become a Top Coordinator, just like her mother.
But… what's a Pokémon Coordinator, you ask? Seriously, you don't know?? Leave this fic right now, you uncultured being!
Just kidding... A Coordinator in the Pokémon world is a different kind of Trainer. Instead of focusing on battles, they compete in beauty contests. They make their Pokémon look more elegant, using certain foods or moves to boost their appeal. You can think of them as Pokémon idols or fashion models.
Today was supposed to be an ordinary day like any other. Dawn did her daily chores helping her mother and then went off to practice her performance lines near the entrance of the forest. Not because it was dangerous — it wasn't — but because it was a peaceful forest near the city. The most common Pokémon there were Kricketots and a few Starlys.
But today... something different happened. As she approached, she noticed a strange light ahead. Her curiosity now fully ignited, she walked boldly toward the mysterious light. Something she now definitely doesn't regret — especially with the cute Pokémon in her arms.
Looking up at the sun directly overhead, Dawn, holding Ryoung, headed toward Professor Rowan's lab to pick her first Pokémon.
And our protagonist, against his will, was carried off by the beautiful girl.
'I hope Pheromosa is okay...' — thought Ryoung, as his figure and that of the girl disappeared between the foliage at the forest's exit.

In another forest, an epic battle was underway.
Pheromosa, with a few injuries on her body, was frantically dodging fast attacks aimed at her by a strange bear.
Under normal circumstances, she wouldn't be at such a disadvantage against another melee opponent. But unfortunately, her mind wasn't focused on the large Pokémon in front of her… but rather on her small child, who disappeared right after birth.
The dimensional rift had separated their small family during the transfer, causing the problems both were now facing.
Dodging another quick strike aimed at her chest, she countered with a spinning kick that hit the Bewear square in the belly, sending it crashing into several trees that shattered upon impact.
Taking advantage of the brief opening, Pheromosa decided to retreat for now. After all, she still had a child to find.
"Pheroo!!" — "This isn't over!" — hissed Pheromosa before vanishing, fleeing in search of her son.
Unfortunately, what she didn't know was that the two were separated by entire regions. Luckily... a mother's love can cross even dimensions.
