"Remember to tidy up," Roy vaguely reminded him, giving her lover a slight smile, "I'll take you out to play in a few days."
Geoffrey appeared calm, responding softly, but his gaze slid over the young noble's face, his chest tightening from the icy and arrogant look he received. He was always adept at reading expressions and could easily recognize Rocky's hostility and indifference.
The heir of the Derek family, the future Duke, had no good feelings toward his sister's lover. Geoffrey was certain that, for a moment, Rocky was contemplating how to deal with him, just like disposing of a bag of smelly, moldy garbage.
