Naruto and ino didnt take long , before they found some instructors and quickly requested a meeting with anko or someone equally competant .
After ten minutes , ibiki who had held the first test , arrived and Naruto wuickly conveyed the entire story .
At first , inbiki thought Naruto was a spoiled brat who wanted to complain about the test to be too tough or dangerous, but when he heard about the incident .
He realised he had underestimated the brat in front of his eyes .
Someone who could struggle infront of a Sannin for minute ...that too a genin was worth noting .
From the description of Orichimaru, Ibiki quickly connected dots and rushed with Naruto to check up on Sasuke .
The moment he laid his eyes in Sasuke , Ibiki understood the gravity of the situation .
Naruto and ino returned back with ibiki , and by this time , sasuke was surrounded by everyone , Kiba , neji , Shikamaru , choji , tenten, rocklee ,shiba and the new hyuga clan member whom naruto had no interaction with .
Ibiki quickly picked up sasuke and took him away .
" Dont tell anyone about this ...kakashi will find you and brief you about the situation, until then stay out and quiet !! "
Ibiki left after the warming , Rock lee whi was about to inquire first , stopped and keot his mouth shut.
Naruto and ino were still holding hands , and finally when ibiki left , that ino felt the gaze of tenten .
She immediately realised and looked down and quickly pulled away her hand .
Naruto who was talking with Neji , felt ino pull back her hand and gave her a look but didnt say anything .
Ino now red faced , felt that it was yoo impulsive of her to pull her hand back so agressively , as that didnt look good for naruto .
Shikamaru obviously observed this and understood that ino was wrong and said .
" What a drag ino "
Ino felt her heart drop as she felt she should apologise to naruto , but by the time she looked up , Naruto had left .
Naruto said his bye to neji and went to find Temari .
He had limited time , as he was pretty sure once kakashi came , he wouldnt be able to stay here until the end with temari.
As for Ino , he wanted to tame her wild and spicy personality , so he had to play the act .
He had to let her realise her mistake and apologise but not so quick , she had to understand how her actions can be wrong .
So Naruto wuickly left before , Ino could apologise .

Gaara , Temari and Kankuro were basically one of if not the steongest trio present in this chunin exams .
Naturally they were the first and they even broke the previous record of Forest of Death and came first .
As for why they rushed , it was to avoid encountering Naruto , they didnt want to fight him .
Its had been six days since they had arrived and were sitting in a corner , as they were busy talking eith each other .
Over the days , the relationship between the three had improved , especially Gaara who wss now abke to sleep was in far better mood .
But as they remembered the mission for which they were truly here , they felt conflicted .
Gaara had also told the two , that Naruto or better yet Nine tails already knew about their plan and had warned him and one tail .
To not slip and ruin the mission .
Temari when she learnt this from gaara , confirmed it as she had an doubt when Naruto had told her ' All the best for the mission ' at that time , she also thought that naruto knew but she quickly remived that thought . But now when Gaara had confirmed it , she couldn't help but jave hundreds of questions pop up in her head .
' Why ? ..why was he letting us do it ? '

' and ...why is he soo nice to me ..i am his enemy afterall '

Unfortunately as the three were having their own conversation and internally thoughts , they all came to a halt as they immediately recognised that voice .
" Naruto !!! " The trio jumped up and toom defensive position .
Naruto chuckled as he raised his hand and wave it around .

Naruto turned his face to look directly at Temari when he said ' you'
Temari blushed as she lowered her eyes , she didnt understand it , but her heart skipped a beat at that moment .

' we are enemies and after the mission ...'
But her thoughts were once again cut shirt as she felt her hand was grabbed and naruto pulled her to her right and pulled her down .
Now Naruto was sitting with Temari on his right , Kankuro and gaara both on his left, unsure what they should do .

Temari asked one of the most important questions straight away .
Gaara and kankuro straightened up as they waited for Naruto to answer .

" Protect me !! Are you sure !? Can you .. win against the jonins let alone The Hokage and dont forget you'll need to face the Kazekage also !! " Temari blurted out , but her wild thoughts were making her turn red .
Naruto chuckled as he once again raised Temari chin and pulled her face closer , close enough that both of them could feel each others hot breaths .
" I can !! " Naruto declared as he leaned forward and kissed Temari on the cheeks .
Her face turned completely red ,as Gaara and Kankuro were stunned and felt like they both have failed ... Failed as brothers to protect their own sister .
Naruto smiled and as he ignore the trios reaction and continued
" for the second reason ... " Naruto turned towards Gaara and continued .
" Cause we are the same ... Gaara but the difference is you have a family and i didnt ... So you can say i a bit more bitter than you .
And for the third reason ... I need a distraction and thats you guys ...so make sure you arent lacking "
Naruto stood up and patted Gaara on the head and kankuro .
" My future Brother in laws ,ill make sure you'll get your revenge ... Consider it the bridal gift . Temari wait for me ... The day i come visit Sunagakure , ill take you with me forever "
