Chapter 60 - The Shadow of Reyaan

Kiaan sat back in the chair, fingers unconsciously tracing the outline of the tattoo on his wrist as he spoke. "Reyaan's age… I'd say between 25 to 30 years old. Tall. Muscular." His voice dropped as if painting a picture in their minds. "I can almost measure his height — around six feet, maybe a bit more." His fingers flexed, as though measuring an invisible frame in the air.

He closed his eyes briefly, and his expression flickered — the memory crashing over him. "I can still feel him. The way he moved… the way he touched me. Every calculated move while I was blindfolded, helpless beneath him." His voice faltered for a moment, betraying the storm inside. He swallowed hard and opened his eyes, steadying himself.

Dev exchanged a quick, knowing glance with Rehaan, both of them silent but alert to Kiaan's shift in mood. The room thickened with tension.

Director Arvind Bansal's deep voice cut through the silence. "Reyaan Malhotra isn't just another criminal we can pin on and forget. He's a ghost, a phantom with power stretching far beyond the usual underworld. We've lost officers trying to uncover even a sliver of his operation."

Raghav Kapoor nodded grimly. "He doesn't just break laws — he bends governments. Even the England government is cautious, requiring permission from the highest echelons just to open his file."

Kiaan's gaze sharpened, locking onto the Director's. "What surprises me most is that Reyaan didn't kill me. Left me alive." His voice hardened. "He marked me, branded me — like an animal. The first time he's ever let an officer live after getting his hands on him."

The weight of Kiaan's words settled over the room. The officers understood that this was not just a man, but a force of nature — unpredictable, ruthless, and frighteningly intelligent.

Dev broke the silence. "If Reyaan's power is above governments, then we're not just fighting a man anymore — we're up against an empire built on fear and control."

Kiaan nodded slowly. "He wants me broken. To remind me who owns the game. But what he doesn't know... I'm already calculating my next move."

Director Bansal leaned forward, eyes glinting with determination. "Then we make sure you're not alone in this fight. Reyaan's shadow is long — but we will be longer."

The room pulsed with renewed energy — the air charged with the promise of battle to come.
