The night sky of Nionderland was still dotted with stars as Inavy Stormbreak walked through the silent clearing toward the training grounds. Sitting on a stone, his back turned, was Darius Valtier, hair tousled and eyes fixed on the waning moon.
"Can't sleep either?" Inavy asked, approaching.
Darius glanced sideways, managing a tired smile.
"After everything that happened... sleep feels like a luxury."
A brief silence followed. Inavy sat beside him. The wind blew softly.
"I've been thinking about Kelvin..." Inavy said, lowering his voice. "That attack, the way he talked... it felt like he was trapped. Like, from the inside."
Darius lowered his head. His eyes grew misty.
"That emo idiot..." he laughed bitterly. "He never told me how he felt. We're practically brothers."
Inavy raised an eyebrow.
"What do you mean?"
Darius took a deep breath, as if holding back an old memory.
"Kelvin was raised by Lorien since he was six. He was a shy child and I introduced myself and said that I am now your family.
He paused, staring at the ground.
"I always saw him as a brother. We were inseparable. But now... I realize it wasn't his fault. He was manipulated."
Nion's words echoed in Inavy's mind:
"But be careful... he's a snake. And he knows exactly how to hurt you humans. He always strikes what you love most."
Inavy looked at Darius with determination.
"Man... we're gonna bring him back."
Darius wiped his eyes, pretending it was nothing.
"Yeah..." he smiled weakly. "We're gonna make it."
The next morning arrived in golden light. In Nionderland, the elders and sacred forge masters had worked through the night.
The Queen of Nionderland, dressed in ceremonial robes, stood before the gathered group in the royal hall.
"It is time to wear the symbol of our gratitude," she said with a gentle smile. "Only two years remain... and you are saving our world."
The outfits were displayed on glowing white stone pedestals.
Inavy was the first to approach. His new outfit was a dark overcoat with Red and Golden accents. It flowed like celestial shadows when he moved. The Blade of Chaos, now refined into a sleek katana, rested on his back — forged from the primordial metal of Nionderland that appears only once every 10,000 years.
"Perfect..." Inavy murmured, feeling the weapon's power pulse in harmony with his aura.
Darius rushed over to his suit and put it on with pride.
It was an aerodynamic combat suit, royal blue and white with golden highlights. The design resembled energy circuits running through his body, especially along his arms and legs. On his chest, a glowing blue geometric emblem stood out: the symbol of the Valtier clan.
Reinforced bracers and boots gave it a tactical edge.
Darius looked at himself in the reflection of Diana's sword and grinned widely:
"I look freakin' aweeeeeeesome!"
Everyone burst into laughter.
Diana, on her end, received a new sacred sword, forged with pure light and the ancient steel of Nionderland. She raised it, watching her aura harmonize effortlessly with the blade.
Rose had her outfit rebuilt with Nionderland tech: lightweight, durable, and tailored to amplify her flaming moves. Her new look blended armor with agility, featuring plates that reacted to her Aura.
The Queen smiled, admiring the young warriors.
"Nionderland owes you greatly. This is only the beginning."
The sun fully rose over the fields. War was coming... but with new armor, new weapons, and bonds stronger than ever, the heroes were ready for what lay ahead.
