The sky over Nionderland was clear, serene... as if unaware of what was coming.
Inavy stood atop the outer wall of the city, eyes fixed on the horizon.
"Three years have passed..." he murmured, serious. "And nothing's happened. That can only mean one thing: we'd better stay on watch, all day, every day."
A cheerful voice pulled him back to reality.
"Inavy, honey!" Rose called out. "Time to head back to the city!"
He turned and smiled at the sight of the group gathered near the transport portal.
Darius, bags slung over his back and royal gear perfectly fitted, let out a sigh.
"I'm really gonna miss Nionderland..." he said, gazing at the crystalline fields and rivers of light.
Diana, ever elegant, zipped up the last of her luggage while sending a message on her communicator.
"Zack, bring the car to the platform. Time to leave."
The heroes were ready to depart from the place where they had grown stronger — where they'd pushed past their limits, healed old wounds, and reignited hope.
Inside the Royal Hall, Inavy knelt before the Queen of Nionderland — his grandmother — who looked down on him with pride and teary eyes.
All around them, nobles and royal guards bowed in silence. A gesture of deep respect — and gratitude.
"Go... and protect the world, my grandson," the queen said, gently placing a hand on his shoulder.
Inavy looked up and smiled softly.
For a moment, the queen didn't just see Inavy — she saw the face of Julius , the hero she had once raised as her own son.The same eyes. The same fire within.
She said nothing more. She simply nodded.
At the platform, the group gathered one last time in front of the portal that led back to the City of Heroes.
The sky blazed orange with the setting sun, bathing the world in a solemn glow.
Inavy, dressed in his new black coat with the Chaos Katana on his back, turned to his companions.
"Are you ready?" he asked firmly."Armageddon is about to begin."
Darius, Diana, and Rose exchanged looks.
Rose gripped Inavy's hand — steady as always.
Darius raised a fist.
"We were born for this."
Diana adjusted the sword on her hip.
"We're ready."
They stepped through the portal.
The city awaited.
Peace ended there.
End of the Nionderland Arc.
