Chapter 4 - Chapter One – Embers in the Force

(Cinematic-Style Introduction)

The Jedi Order has changed. But change never comes without conflict.

Five years have passed since the Battle of Naboo. In that time, the Jedi known as Revan—once a warrior of two galaxies—has risen from exile to become the head of a revolution within the Order.

When he first arrived on Coruscant with a four-year-old Naruto Uzumaki, few on the High Council understood what was to come. They didn't see the bond between them—not just Master and Padawan, but brothers by choice, bound by trauma, vision, and unconditional trust.

Years later, Revan took on a second student: Ahsoka Tano, the bright, strong-willed Togruta who had walked away from the traditional Jedi Temple after witnessing the flaws in its doctrine. Like Naruto, she did not just join Revan—she became family.

To Revan, Naruto was a little brother. To Ahsoka, he was the same. And between them, the trio formed something rare among Jedi: a real, honest, unbreakable bond.

They trained together. They laughed and sparred. They challenged each other. And in that brotherhood and sisterhood, they thrived.

But Revan's defiance of Jedi tradition didn't stop with taking two Padawans. He also made public what the Order had suppressed for centuries: love.

Revan shared his life not with one, but two Jedi: the calm, wise Shaak Ti, and the bold, insightful Aayla Secura. Their relationships were not hidden, not ashamed—they lived in the light, just like the Force itself.

Many Masters resisted. The old ways warned that attachment led to fear, and fear to the dark side. But Revan had walked through the dark and returned. He knew better.

So did Yoda.

To avoid a civil war within the Order, the ancient Grand Master offered a solution: Revan would rebuild and lead the long-abandoned Jedi Enclave on Dantooine. It would become a sanctuary—a new school for Jedi who embraced the Living Force, not the rigid codes of fear and denial.

And many followed.Plo Koon, wise and empathetic, came to teach balance through compassion.

Kit Fisto, joyful and fierce, brought his experience to lightsaber instruction. Depa Billaba, once broken by war, found healing in Revan's teachings. Aayla Secura and Shaak Ti, now Jedi Masters and Revan's partners, helped lead the new generation. Even Qui-Gon Jinn, long scorned for his unorthodox views, aligned himself with Revan's vision. He brought with him a matured Anakin Skywalker, now eighteen—a Jedi not twisted by fear, but forged in friendship with Naruto. Obi-Wan Kenobi joined reluctantly, loyal to his former master and quietly skeptical of Revan. Yet even he could not deny the results.

The Dantooine Jedi Enclave now thrives. Students learn without fear. Love is not forbidden. Attachments are guided, not shunned. The Jedi Code has evolved—less a chain, more a compass. And Revan, now 31 years old, stands at its center. Not as a warrior. Not as a rebel. But as a Master of the new Jedi Order.

Still, peace is never permanent.Beyond the sanctuary of Dantooine, shadows stir Darth Sidious is plotting.Count Dooku recruits. And somewhere deep in the galaxy, the first embers of war begin to glow.

The Unwanted War has not yet begun…But the storm is coming.

Morning Calm on Dantooine

The sun of Dantooine bathed the Jedi Enclave in warm gold, casting long shadows across its graceful towers and sun-warmed stone. Wind hummed through the grasslands, carrying the sound of laughter and lightsaber training through the open-air meditation courtyards.

Within the central training square, Jedi younglings practiced their forms under the serene gaze of Master Shaak Ti—until a sudden POOF of air erupted overhead.

Master Plo Koon stopped midstride, his robe suddenly ballooning like it had been caught in a wind tunnel.

A pause. Then laughter.

Even Master Kit Fisto bent double, chuckling. "Plo, your fashion sense finally ascends to the sky!"

Plo turned slowly, sighing. "Naruto…"

On the rooftop, crouched behind weathered tiles and dusty vines, Naruto Uzumaki clapped a hand over his mouth, eyes sparkling with mischief. "We nailed it!"

Beside him, Ahsoka Tano grinned like a Loth-cat with a datapad full of prank blueprints. "I told you we should've added confetti."

That's when Revan appeared behind them—arms crossed, expression unreadable except for a trace of amused exasperation. "You two are aware that a Jedi should remain serene... even when setting off sonic puffers?"

The culprits froze.

Ahsoka glanced at Naruto. "Run?"

"Run."

They didn't get far.

The Punishment

An hour later, the great hall echoed with voices as Revan stood before the assembled younglings and Knights.

"Today," he said, "we witness a rare and historic moment. Two of the finest students at the Enclave—Padawans Ahsoka Tano and Naruto Uzumaki—have graciously volunteered to demonstrate the importance of humility."

Ahsoka groaned.

Naruto whispered, "At least we're not scrubbing toilets."

"You are both going to be working in the Enclave kitchens," Revan continued. "One week. Under Master Fisto."

From the corner, Kit Fisto gave them a toothy smile and wiggled his fingers. "I make a mean nerf stew. Hope you like peeling root vegetables."

Naruto turned pale. "Nooo…"

Revan smiled faintly. "Also, you'll be preparing dinner for Plo Koon's entire class. Every night."

Ahsoka crossed her arms. "We get the message."

"You will," Revan said, then added more gently, "but I appreciate the laughter. Just… space it out, will you?"

"Deal," Naruto and Ahsoka said in unison.

Meanwhile, on Coruscant

Far away, on the city-world of Coruscant, a diplomatic cruiser glided silently through the towering skylanes.

Inside the silver ship, Senator Padmé Amidala stood beside Captain Typho, her expression sharp behind a formal mask. Though she no longer wore the ornate dresses of royalty, her poise remained queenly.

The ship descended toward the Senate platform. Massive Republic banners fluttered in the wind.

"I still think this is a mistake," Typho muttered.

"I have to be here, Captain," Padmé replied. "The military creation act must be opposed before it divides the Republic any further."

As the cruiser touched down, Naboo security officers fanned out.

But something felt wrong.

Then—BOOM.

The decoy standing in Padmé's place—Cordé—was thrown to the ground by an explosion. The ramp had barely lowered before chaos erupted.

Padmé rushed down the gangway, kneeling beside her friend. "Cordé…!"

The dying woman gave a faint smile. "I… failed you…"

"No," Padmé whispered. "You served Naboo with honor."

Republic security swarmed the platform. Overhead, Senate guards scanned the skies, watching for further attacks.

Padmé stood slowly, her face set.
