### Title: Behind Her Silence
**Episode 1: Coffee & Curiosity**
Alecia Rivera sat in her usual corner of the small, quiet café tucked between a flower shop and a bookstore. Her glasses slid down her nose as she immersed herself in a thick medical textbook, one hand stirring her tea absentmindedly. Clad in a hoodie two sizes too big and soft jeans, she blended into the background like always. Just how she liked it.
At 20 years old, Alecia was already a medical prodigy and currently in her third year of university, taking double majors in pre-med and biotechnology. But unlike most students her age, she lived alone, quietly managing a life no one suspected — a double life as a secret billionaire and miracle doctor.
Across the café, Dominic Westwood stepped in, dressed in a crisp shirt and tailored coat. At 25, he was already a name spoken with awe in the world of business. Billionaire, philanthropist, and the kind of man who made hearts flutter when he so much as smiled.
But today, it wasn't about board meetings or business deals. Today, he just needed coffee. He approached the counter, but his eyes caught a flicker of movement — or maybe it was the calm aura — in the corner of the shop.
There she was. A young woman so lost in her reading that the world didn't exist. Something about her — the serenity, the lack of interest in attention — pulled at him.
"Who is she?" he asked the barista casually.
"Oh, that's Alecia. She comes in every day around this time. Quiet girl, always reading medical stuff. Sweet, but keeps to herself. She goes to the university down the street."
Dominic ordered his drink and glanced again.
Alecia felt the stare and glanced up briefly. Their eyes met. He smiled. She blinked, then lowered her eyes and turned the page.
Unfazed. Untouched.
Dominic chuckled. He liked a challenge.
"Maybe I'll come by more often," he murmured to himself.
Alecia, unaware of the spark she had ignited, continued reading. But something in her chest fluttered. It annoyed her.
She didn't do distractions.
She didn't do charming strangers.
She definitely didn't do handsome men with million-dollar smiles.
But fate, as always, had a different prescription.
