Reincarnating in Warhammer sucked hard no matter what version, from the sci-fi superstitious 40k to age of sigmar and it's predecessor warhammer fantasy it all sucked for the same reasons, War is eternal and infinite, death is everywhere, hope means nothing and nobody will save you unless your someone important with connections and much more other reasons
When I died from truck-kuns cousin car-kun I awoke in a waiting room like one of those DMV offices and dear god the line was fucking huge and I had no idea how long I waited for but I learned a lot about patience but dear god was it still irritating as hell as when I got to the front desk I was told to go to a room where I waited as a guy wearing a suit entered
The conversation went like this
"Ok welcome to the Reincarnation Inc. And for your soon to be curiosity whatever god you belive in made this place since humanity in a nutshell is basically like 4chan in the personality of being a saint and straight up being a asshole with no in between basically the large amounts of grey areas in humanity and yes hell and heaven DO exist and no, nobody can choose to enter heaven as a grey person because that will just overfill heaven since a lot of people have large egos these days and for that reason god basically made reincarnation possible as a way to give people 2nd chances in ethier going full evil or full good as a way to filter them through the afterlife properly and if your grey again then off you go to reincarnation" the man in the suit said
"I see now that makes a lot of sense so how does reincarnating go? You spin a roulette wheel or something?" I asked curious
"Thats the thing we decide in what way you get to be sent to a world and get some abilities and from your document your a guy who genuinely doesn't care what happens as long as it does so how about about some different games" The man in the suit said with a grin
"Ok now thats interesting... although I have to ask how many gamblers had to win a game of cards against you?" I asked because I wanted to know because it would be funny as fuck who thought they could beat a supernatural being
"I'm not going to lie there are so many gamblers in the grey zone like genuinely I have to officially have a pack of cards on me at all times for this situation but anyways what game of your choice would you like to play?" The man seemee to rather find that question amusing
"Well lets see how lady luck is feeling so heads and tails"
The mans grin grew a bit as he summond a golden coin as 1 side had a head and the other an actual tail
"I choose tails for the 1st round and I want the body of a ark character a creation of my own choice like customization" as the man flipped the coin as it fell into his palm and it hit tails as he made a holi screen appear as it was like a form as it said

I mentally frowned but shrugged as it's practically a good thing for me as being a phyker in Warhammer was suicide and begging for deamons to turn me into a flesh warp portal
"Well I choose limitless growth with no level cap for my ark body and I choose heads" as the man flipped the coin as it landed on tails
"Well that was a unfortunate but since you got no buff I wont add another nerf" the man said as he was wondering what's my next potential ability
"Well I want the ability to have the engrams of all different fictional game universes and their connected movies and shows if adapted and new engrams are uploaded real time from the real world and I choose heads" as the man flipped the coin and it hit heads as the man chuckled
"Well then for my nerf for your ability you must complete a project before you move on to another one and if you attempt to do a 2nd project while making the 1st then your xp gain is divided and if you make a 3rd project then your xp gain is divided again and for the more powerful things whey will require more points but to not make it completely unfair since the ark characters level cap is 195 but if you use genetic upgrades then you can break past the cap however there will be caps and each cap will require more enhancements then the last and each cap broken will add 100 more levels each time and I choose heads" he fliped the coin as it landed on heads as the stat form updated

"Now whats another ability?" The man asked liking the current build I'm running
"I want the trait where nobody can make a clone of me or have a child thats mine without my direct consent as I want any genetic material that leaves me to be able to immediately destroy its genetic structure" which had the man pause
"I'm not gonna lie, thats common sense 101 rigth there, I saw many new reincarnators rush the process and most died from arrogance by their own clones or bastard children with many women they banged and thats so rare of a trait or ability that the higher ups said to give this as a freebie to reincarnators who ask for it"
"Damn thats a skill issue anyways I want the knowledge of all the languages of every species that will be in the universe I reincarnate in" Because I damn well ain't spending years of my life studying languages
"Now thats a pretty fair passive trait and I don't see any reason to nerf it" the man said honestly as he granted it
"And also as to not be bored out of my fucking mind lets flip the coin to see if i can get like system however its only for movies,shows and such and I choose tails again" I said as I noticed in many reincarnation fics the MCs have no proper entertainment
The coin was flipped and it hit tails as I sighed in relief
"Alright then, for your nerf you must wait for new movies and shows NOBODY ESCAPES CLIFFHANGER-KUN!"
As he said that I dropped to my knees and said "NOOOOOOOOOO!"
After that dramatic moment and quite moment of sadness I got up and asked
"Alright then what world"
"Give me a sec I need to bring up the roulette wheel for this" said the man eagerly as a wheel like that from a game show appeared as the man gleefully spun the wheel as I saw worlds go spinning by from DC,Marvel, game of thrones, star wars and then it struck on Warhammer 40k as me and the man in the suit silently looked at that option for a good while both knowing I was fucked IF unless I go unnoticed which is unlikely as I did some character customization making my ark character have black hair but decided to give him silver eyes instead of red since that would get me killed for the slight suspicion of curroption as I was asked to give a name as I said Six which is most likely the cannon name for Courier Six after all he is a new vegas fan
And that basically sums up my conversation and what happened was after reincarnating I was born between hive parents who unsurprisingly died as I was now an orphan as I raised myself while also binge watching regular show
