Chapter 1 - Chapter 1. The fall of a Kingdom

Fire!!! Fire!!! Run…

The once happy and peaceful kingdom of Elarion was engulfed in fire. The people running for there lives while the soldier was defending the castle wall. 

"Your majesty you have to run away" the head maid was pleading to Queen Ariala.

"I can't leave my husband fighting alone I have to stay beside him but please save my

baby" the Queen asked and kissed the baby's forehead while crying and put her

necklace to the baby's neck. " I love you my Child"

"I will protect Prince Luren with my life" The head maid Marian promise with determination.

"You have to leave now!" King Daren entered the chamber together with his trusted

bodyguard Kellen and David. The King looked lovingly at his child and smile sweetly.

"We have to go!" Kellen looked at Marian.

The king kissed his baby before nodded to Kellen. Trusting his child to his bodyguard.

"Please protect my Child Kellen and Marian" King commanded

The two bow with respect to the Queen and King before exiting to the secret passage in the Queen's Chamber.

The King and Queen chose to stay and fight, bravely defending the Kingdom of Elarion. But their courage could not match the overwhelming might of the Velgarith Kingdom. For over a decade, Velgarith had mercilessly waged war, crushing neighboring realms and seizing their lands in a ruthless quest for power.

The war lasted for a month. The heads of the King and Queen were hung on display, and

their subordinates were hanged along the castle walls. Cries of anguish echoed

from a distance as people mourned the death of those who once ruled their

peaceful and prosperous kingdom.

After the death of Elarion Kingdom Queen and King. The people were subjugated under the new ruler.

Kellen and Marian paid their respects while watching from a distance. The secret passage led into the forest, and through it, one could reach the mountain. The path was

perilous for those unfamiliar with the land, but they knew it well.

They plan to go to Seravelle Empire, a powerful and unconquered Kingdom even the Velgarith has no match to its military.

Kellen tightened his grip on the letter handed to him by the King. His knuckles turned white as a storm of emotions swirled within him—uncertainty, urgency, and the heavy weight of responsibility. The letter was addressed to an old friend, a man the King trusted with his life. In times of crisis, this was their last hope. The words on the envelope read: "To Duke Marshall of Seravelle."
