Chapter 11 - Chapter 11: A Dangerous Alliance

13 October 2025 – Devil's Side

The city never slept.

It just twisted deeper into its nightmares.

And Bunnyman had finally done the unthinkable — he asked a devil for help.

They met again the next night. Same rooftop. Same moonlight.

Tape Girl leaned against a vent pipe, arms crossed, that usual smirk tugging at her lips.

"So?" she asked. "Ready to surrender that pride of yours?"

Bunnyman hesitated for just a second. Then nodded. "Fine. I'll play along."

"Oh Bunny, I don't think you understand," she whispered, sauntering up to him. "This isn't playing along. This is submission." Her hand grazed his chest. "But don't worry… I'll be gentle."

He stepped back, voice dry. "Let's just get to work."

She chuckled. "Buzzkill."

Later – Abandoned Train Car

The two sat across from each other, blueprints spread on a rusted metal crate. Tape Girl chewed bubblegum loudly while Bunnyman laid out the details of Skull Mask's operation — everything he knew from weeks of investigating.

"Multiple stolen cars vanish each week," he said. "Each with fake VINs, registered under shell companies. All traced back to 'Devil Drive' — his public dealership."

Tape Girl tilted her head. "You think you're gonna stop Skull Mask by blowing up his garage?"

"No," Bunnyman said. "Not that simple. We don't need to destroy it… we need to expose it."

Her eyebrow lifted.

"I've tracked one car. A red 2023 Nightrunner — luxury model. It was reported stolen, then showed up on Devil Drive's lot two days later with a clean history. Fake papers. I have proof."

"Cute. So what's the plan?"

"We leak it," Bunnyman said. "The car, the papers, the connection. All of it. But we need more examples — we need to break in, steal the records, and leak them anonymously. The police won't care, but the people might."

Tape Girl smirked. "You want me to tape dance through security?"

"You said you were good."

She laughed. "Honey, I'm not just good. I'm the best."

She unrolled a small gadget bag from her hip — full of custom tape launchers, lockslicers, and smoke capsules.

"Alright, Bunnyboy. Let's burn his empire down. Bit by bit."

Later That Night – Watching Devil Drive

Across the street from Skull Mask's dealership, the two crouched on a rooftop.

It looked clean. Professional. Cars polished. Banners waving.

But inside?

Corruption.

"We get in tomorrow night," Bunnyman said. "You disable the alarms. I go for the vault."

Tape Girl nodded. "You sure about this?"

He looked at her. "Not even close."

But he had no choice.

If Skull Mask couldn't be beaten in a fight, maybe he could be crippled in the shadows.

And if that meant teaming up with someone like Tape Girl…

Then so be it.
