Ding Xi'an opened her eyes gradually followed by an unbearable pain in the head. Ding Xi'an looks around the room she was wondering where she was. She sat up and takes a look around her body which was okay and without any wounds or bruise. Her mind went back to the night when she was at the point of death and was hopeless , the night when she was betrayed by people she had trusted and sacrificed a lot for but as far as she could remember her whole body was disfigured and bruised badly so could she be suddenly okay without a sign that she had gone through anything on her body. While Ding Xian was still wandering in her thoughts the door to the room opened distracting her, she looked towards the door to see a nurse walking in. The nurse who had come to check on her froze at the door seeing that she was already awake. Ding Xian stared at the surprised nurse who suddenly ran out to call the doctor and she quickly returned with the doctor who rushed towards Ding Xi'an with a broad smile.

"Miss Xian you're finally awake" The doctor said smiling but Ding Xian remained quiet. Could this doctor actually know about what had happened to her? Or could he give her perfect explanation about everything?

"What happened?" This were the only words that Ding Xian could gather to ask at the moment and the doctor looked up and smiled.

"You were rushed here few months back. It's a good thing that you are awake because we couldn't trace the reason you suddenly fell into a coma. You seemed quite alright when you were brought here" he replied. Ding Xi'an couldn't still understand, the doctor's explanation had only made things worse. How could she have been in coma for months? And he also said she was okay when she was brought. What about the injuries and broken bones? Whoever that had saved her, why didn't the person take her to her family? Ding Xi'an was confused about the whole thing. The doctor notices her confused expression and said" Miss Xian you don't have to stress yourself if you don't remember anything as for now you need to rest while I call the person who had brought you here" the doctor then told the nurse to provide food for the patient before leaving and the nurse followed suite. After they left the ward leaving Ding Xi'an to her confused state, Ding Xian got down from the bed her legs were so weak that she found it hard to walk properly but she managed to walk to the mirror. She looked at herself and she was alright, a faint smile appeared on her lips. Was she really given another chance? But who was the person that had saved her?
