Chapter 1: Kidnapped by a Beautiful Woman
The smell of expensive liquor and perfume was present in the room.
On the king-sized bed, a young beautiful woman with green hair was laying down while her emerald eyes were wide open, contemplating something, and currently she was being hugged by a young man who looked like a teenager. His upper body seemed to be naked, and his other half was covered by a soft white blanket.
Seraphine's eyes lingered on the boy whose face was buried in her chest, and his hands were hugging her soft body tightly as if he didn't want to let go ever.
She was wearing a black nightdress that adorned her beautiful figure.
'What a strange little man.'
The look of deep thinking on her beautiful face was now gone as the warm hug was melting away her heart. She used her hand to brush his silky white hair softly.
'So cute.'
She had never thought that last night was going to end up like this. She was going to leave after embarrassing the strange white-haired handsome boy who had barged into the club in his high school uniform and started drinking without stopping.
She remembered his face, and the weird face he would make whenever he would take a shot.
'It was clearly his first time drinking.'
At first she didn't give it much thought as it was not her business, however it was a dangerous act to barge into a club filled mostly with woman hunters. It was like asking for something bad to happen to him.
She now felt lucky knowing she lost the group game, and was told to hit on him.
"Urgh"
Her hand stroking his head gently stopped in action along with her thoughts, as she heard his grunting voice.
'He is waking up.'
She felt close to him because of what happened last night. She had never thought she would start to care about a boy in this world.
---
His head felt like it was being hammered down with something, but also he felt like he was hugging a soft plushie which also had a very nice smell. He couldn't help but take a deep breath to enjoy the nice scent.
'So soft and so nice.'
His mind felt hazy. He struggled to open his eyes, his senses starting to return to him as he finally opened them.
Now he realized it wasn't a plushie that he was hugging but a real person.
There were only two people who came to his mind. First, Aunt, and second, Aria.
But this feeling he could sense—it was none of those two. He started freaking out.
'W-Who is it!!'
He startled and looked up only to see a beautiful green-haired woman was looking at him with her emerald eyes.
'Beautiful.'
'No! No- no, now is not the time for this.'
'Kael, get it together.'
He even realized that he was wearing nothing underneath the blanket other than his underwear.
The first dark thought that came to his mind after realizing his current situation was.
'Have I been raped like those cases on the TV I regularly used to read on the bottom of the screen, whenever I opened the news.'
He felt much calmer than he had thought he would be after realizing his predicament.
'First I have to leave and go home.'
Then he would think of what he had to do later.
He quickly tried to get up with the intention of storming out of this room he was in, which looked like a hotel.
He pushed himself up ignoring the pain and the constant feeling in his head. His eyes spotted his school uniform on the floor.
'Good.'
He threw the blanket away from his body and tried to run out of the bed. All of this happened in a second.
But before he could even take a single step, his body hit the softness of the bed, now being held by the soft hand of the green-haired woman.
The fact that he wasn't able to see how it happened made it confirm the green-haired woman was a hunter higher than Dust rank.
'Shit, I should have been obvious from the start as most women are hunters.'
But if she only had F-rank talent, which was a very slim chance, he was a bit confident that he would have been able to escape with a bit of struggling, but it seemed luck was not on his side.
'How could it be when the chance of it happening was less than 1 percent.'
He didn't struggle in her grip as he knew there was no point in trying something like this in front of a woman, when he was just an Unawakened man.
'No shit, there was only less than 0.7 percent chance of men awakening, as 99.7% didn't even awaken a talent in their lifetime.'
'Why would it even matter in this situation even then, as men can only awaken F-rank talent? It wouldn't have helped much.'
'This world is so unfair.'
Kael looked at the green-haired beauty who was looking at him currently, while pinning him on the bed. He had tried to use his strength one time, but he understood there was no point in trying.
'If somehow I would be able to call Aunt.'
He knew she would come and save him.
He could see she wasn't breaking the silence and not pouncing on him like he had thought.
'Is she done with me, and trying to intimidate me by staring at my face, not sharing what she had done to me, which I don't remember anything of?'
As his mind was still hazy.
"Ah.. Miss, could you please let me go home? I am not going to tell anyone what you did to me."
Seraphine looked at the white-haired boy below her who had just tried to run away. He was trying to hide it, but she could see a hint of fear in his silver eyes, and it seemed it was the right decision she had made.
'It looked like he didn't remember anything... hmm.'
'He is thinking I am like those horny creeps.'
She couldn't let him have those thoughts about her, so she spoke for the first time.
"I think you are mistaken about something. Do you know where you are?"
Now that she mentioned it, Kael began to think about where he actually was. He looked around the room—fancy modern ceiling, there was also soundproofing in the room, and other things that screamed to him that it was some kind of fancy hotel room.
But he didn't remember ever coming here, so it might be the place she had kidnapped him to, and by asking him where he was, she was trying to instill fear in him when he didn't know where he was.
And did it work?
Absolutely.
The fear he had tried to hide behind the facade was now visible on his handsome face, his silver eyes shaking.
He said to her.
"Y-You can do whatever you want with me, but please let me go afterward."
The headache was not going away, making it even harder to think where he might be or how he got kidnapped.
His memory was hazy.
