It was like any other day in the castle though the queen had died not a single soul dared to cry as it was the kings order.
"Luna! Quickly put on your maid attire, and lets go!" Penelope exclaimed with excitement.
"Hold your hourses Penny" Luna said with a hint of frustration in her face.
As they walked down the corridor awkwardly as this is their second time meeting. Penelope tried to think of a word to say but nothing came to mind.
As things were getting more awkward Luna said"didnt the queen just die why is everyone so silent about it? "Luna questioned.
Penelope expression turned sad immediately, like she was about to cry but had to hold it in to save her head.
" It was simple the kings order, so we cannot disobey "Penelope said sadly
" The former queen was truly kind. She took me in when i was young " as she said that people started coming by so she had to hold her tear in.
Though Penelope never told the reason why she ended up on the street the former queen was kind enough to wait patiently thus earning everyones love, except for the king.
" I-I truly wish she was still here so she and her son could live a happier life together, after her death the prince went to the battle field and b-" Penelope getting interrupted by the guards.
"The queen has arrived!"
The guard glared at Penelope with a murderous stare sending shivers down Penelope's spine.
Luna glared back with eyes that could kill u in one go. Scaring the guard enough to look away in fear.
As the queen walked in her lady-in-wait followed as they step closer to the door, Luna couldn't help but feel sick when she saw the lady-in-wait.

In Lunas mind she wonders why that woman was here, as the lady-in-wait stare at Luna in shock before quickly chuckling.
Luna seing this quickly felt furious and glared with a murderous look making the woman look away in disbelief.
"Luna are you ok?" Penelope said with concern.
"Y-yeah im fine, lets get going"
"hold on right there"
A familiar voice Luna know, as she turned her head there the lady-in-wait stand behind her smirking creepily.
"would you mind if i speak with my.. Daughter for a moment"
"o-oh surely I will leave you two alone for now. Please excuse me"
As Penelope maid her way out of the room she stopped at the door as she heard the lady-in-wait say something that scared Penelope.
"Shouldn't you be dead?"
"Unfortunately for you I survived. And shouldn't you know if i had died as you were the one who planned it with my fiance?"
"You arrogant little shi-"
"shouldn't I be the one saying that, dont expect me to leave this place.. Go on go to my fiance and tell him where I am, tell him to send an army if he want to break peace"
As Luna said that a clear expression of frustration was seen at the face of the lady-in wait.
"just you wait ill kill you here"
"Just like what you did to father, even if we weren't related by blood I still care for him deeply unlike you"
"dont ever try to speak to me again and DONT call me your daughter"
