Both of them entered the room.
Aurora headed to the control panel while Bucky searched for Gus Mancuso.
"Where are you Gus? Where? Yes here!" Bucky muttered as he looked around and exclaimed slightly after finding his Target option.
He quickly squatted down and put the chip he took out from Him Preston's hibernation computer in Gus's Hibernation computer and stood up and found Aurora looking at him.
"I can explain this." Bucky said to Aurora who has teary eyes, she slapped him and headed away.
Bucky put his hand on slapped cheek and felt slight pain.
'Her hand must have hurt badly.' Bucky thought as he remembered the force she used while slapping him.
He left the room didn't forgetting to close the door and headed towards the direction Aurora had run away.
He entered the Star gazing room and saw Aurora sobbing loudly, her head between knees.
"Aurora I'm sorry, I planned to tell you about this, but time hasn't arrived and you..."
"And I already found your hypocrisy." Aurora yelled at Bucky.
"Why?! Why did you do this to me? Why." Aurora said as her voice lowered and she started crying again.
Bucky sat beside her and pulled her in his arms, he knew this was not the time to say anything.
A few hours later.
Aurora has fallen asleep crying, Bucky picked up her and put her on bed in their room.
He took out a band from her wrist and put it on and also locked the door taking out a device and setting time on device to 24 hours.
"Sorry Aurora, but I can't survive in this world without you, but I will give you something in return that will help you, although not equal in terms to what I will do with you in future, but sorry." Bucky muttered as he left and headed to the main area of the ship where Gus was standing.
"What happened here? And what is your identity?" Gus asked as he looked at Bucky.
"James Barnes, the ship's shield collided many times, at first I was woken up a few months ago this time after another impact and a shutdown." Bucky replied.
"No way can this happen, they said the ship is fool proof." Gus muttered, but all of his words fell in Bucky's ears.
"The lower section of the ship has been impacted, I felt it during the shutdown, we can explore there." Bucky said to Gus.
"Then let's go." Gus said to Bucky as both of them headed to the lower section.
After arriving in the lower section they found holes in walls which led to the reactor room and then to another room.
Bucky picked up a metal fluid sprayer and signaled Gus to open the door.
"Stay near the door and hold something which you can." Bucky said to Gus, who held the section of wall and opened the door.
As soon as the door opened, a powerful sucking force came.
Bucky was not holding anything, the tablet in hand of Gus flew out and sealed the hole, but it was breaking at alarming speed, Bucky took out a few metal plates from system storage and put them in the hole and quickly sealed it with a metal fluid sprayer.
Which instantly hardened sealing the hole perfectly.
"Let's go and quickly change the reactor chips." Bucky said to Gus who was panting loudly.
Gus nodded and followed Bucky to the reactor room.
He picked up three reactor chips and put them near the reactor.
He signalled Gus to close the reactor.
As soon as Gus turned off the reactor, Bucky changed the chips and Gus turned the Reactor back on, but the cooling exhaust was jammed like in the movie.
Bucky ran to the exhaust room leaving a small robot in the room hidden behind a box.
He took out another bot from his system storage and ran in the exhaust room and put the bot on the handle.
He ran to the manual control panel of the exhaust room and signalled Gus to turn on the exhaust opening system.
Gus pulled the lever up, but nothing happened. Bucky pulled the manual lever and clucked on the remote control of the bot in the exhaust room, which also moved another lever.
The exhaust room finally worked properly and heat accumulated in the reactor fusion room died stabilised.
Bucky returned to the reactor room and saw Gus fallen unconscious on the floor.
He picked up Gus and put bot hiding in the room back to system storage and headed to the medical room.
He used Gus's identity band to open the medical room and ordered a med pod to check the body of Gus.
There was last stage cancer, Gus has only a few hours at most to live.
Gus woke up and found himself in a med pod.
"Why am I here?" Gus asked Bucky.
"I brought you here and used a med pod to check your body and you have critical stage cancer, only a few hours to live, sorry Gus." Bucky said to Gus who nodded confused.
Bucky decided to not tell Gus that he woke him up, although Gus will be woken up in future by another malfunction.
And Gus will feel proud now that he died while saving people as cancer will kill Gus before he even reaches Homestead II.
"Take me to my room." Gus said Bucky nodded and lifted up Gus and headed outside of the medical room.
Gus came out wearing his uniform as now he has restored his physical strength a bit.
Both of them headed to the Star Gazing room.
Gus sat down and looked at the stars , his eyes wet.
After a few hours, Gus lost his breath.
Gus has given Bucky his Identity band and also told him password, as he felt proud working with Bucky as both of them saved more than 5000 people.
Bucky picked up the body of Gus and headed to the space jumping room, where they can play in space wearing the spacesuits in a limited range.
He put Gus there and headed to Aurora's room.
He opened the room and saw Aurora holding a chair trying to open the door.
She became angry when she saw Bucky.
"Ok we will talk later, come with me, I want to show you something." Bucky said and headed to the Space Jumping Room.
Aurora saw the body of Gus and gasped loudly.
"What happened to him? You killed him?" Aurora asked in horror.
Bucky didn't say anything and turned on the last recording of Gus Munsco of his duty.
Aurora calmed down and saw Gus telling what happened when he woke up because of a meteor tearing the hole through the ship and ruining a few reactor chips and how he and one of ship passengers repaired it and he will die in a few hours because of his critical cancer stage.
"Why did you wake him up, at least let him spend his few last hours on Homestead II." Aurora said to Bucky in anger.
"No, although cancer will be slowed down by hibernation pod to great length but he will die in hibernation pod 40 years before reaching Homestead II and now he died a proud death, his name will be spoken in history." Bucky said, shaking his head as he clicked on a button on the panel and Gus's body flew out in space heading towards reactor flames and gradually burning to nothing.
Aurora was silent.
"Tell me everything about you, but this time only the truth." Aurora said to Bucky and looked at her belly.
Bucky panicked when he saw her expression while she looked at her belly.
'Fucking Shit! Why didn't I use the protection even if it was the first time in my whole life!' Bucky cursed himself feeling very angry.
