In a quiet village, a healthy tree stands out conspicuously. The tree was old but strengthened by time, and is remarkable for its ability to perceive all events of the past—joyful occasions as well as tragedies.
One serene night by the moonlit river, something unusual happened. Suddenly, a hand emerged from the long-abandoned spot where the tree stood. It seemed to slowly awaken from a long slumber, creeping cautiously.
The entire body of the figure attempting to rise was covered in dirt and mud, making it unrecognizable. When it reached the nearby stream beneath the Narra tree, it immediately drank and washed itself. It crawled again towards the center of the river to cleanse its whole body. That night, the rain gradually fell along with thunder and lightning.
Because of the water, it slowly cleaned and revealed its face—a beautiful woman with chocolate-colored but slightly visible eyes. Her smooth and fair skin was marred with scars on her left cheek. With all her strength, the woman stood up and slowly walked toward the light emanating from her former home.
