Yalopu's gaze was as sharp as a knife, staring at Sampul, as if wanting to carve a piece of flesh from him.
"Kneel!" A soldier of Kavanas stomped on Yalopu's right knee, trying to make him kneel before Sampul.
Yalopu was hit hard, nearly kneeling but managed to stand up.
"Sampul, a warrior of Kavanas will never kneel to anyone," Yalopu said deeply, his eyes filled with defiance.
Sampul's eyes flickered with a trace of murderous intent, but he finally said calmly, "Yalopu, you are free now."
