At this depth, Xiang Shan's vehicle can reach but cannot guarantee safety. Considering Panic, Xiang Shan decided not to bring the vehicle down.

The submarine is only tens of meters long and about ten meters wide, appearing short and stout, seemingly designed for scientific research activities.
