I smiled as Tulia played with our son who was in his kitty form.
My wife giggled, patting Shi's tiny forepaws as he tried standing with his hind legs.
"Aww, does Kitty wanna walk?"
Shi let out an adorable meow.
Tulia laughed, her eyes sparkling with joy. His determination to stand was evident, a tiny force of nature bundled in soft fur and wide eyes.
I leaned against the doorway, content to observe this tender moment between mother and son. The warmth of our home wrapped around us, a comforting cocoon amidst the complexities of the outside world. It was in these simple, everyday moments that I found the greatest peace.
Tulia glanced up at me, her smile radiant and full of love. "He's growing so fast," she remarked, her voice a blend of pride and wonder.
I nodded, stepping closer to join them. "He takes after you," I said, my voice soft with affection. "Full of energy and curiosity."
