The battle between Sukuna and Gojo reached its climax with an explosion of cursed energy that shook the battlefield. Gojo had been relentless, landing multiple Black Flash attacks on Sukuna, his precision and power unmatched. The crowd of sorcerers watching from a safe distance cheered, feeling hope surge through them. It seemed like Gojo had won—the King of Curses was battered, bloodied, and on his knees.
But Sukuna smirked.
All this time, Sukuna had been observing. Watching as Mahoraga adapted to Gojo's Infinity. Learning. His mastery of cursed techniques had reached an unimaginable level. Slowly, he stood, and with a flick of his wrist, he unleashed the World-Cutting Slash, a technique that transcended dimensions and bypassed even Infinity.
The slash was silent but lethal. Gojo's body froze mid-step before splitting into two clean halves. The strongest sorcerer in the world fell, lifeless.
A deafening silence engulfed the battlefield.
Okkotsu clenched his fists, his heart sinking as he stared at his mentor's lifeless form. Yuji's scream shattered the silence, his eyes wide with disbelief and rage. Others who were lucky enough to be alive up until now were the same. Gojo pretty much represented the best of them, and even he was defeated.
Seeing Gojo was lost, other sorcerers who were ready to fight against Sukuna stepped in. People like Hajime Kashimo and Okkotsu were ready to fight against Sukuna.
"Ah, I have a good mood now, so don't ruin it…" Sukuna knew they were going to make a futile try. But still, he was ready to kill all of them. However…
"Oh, then I have to just ruin it for you…" Before even Okkotsu and Hajime could get near Sukuna, a sound rang. Not to them but to Sukuna.
His four eyes shook—he didn't even see the person appear next to him. He couldn't react, let alone use his cursed technique to cut the person who invaded his personal space. He saw a mighty punch rushing at him, hitting him directly on the face, sending him rocketing back with golden energy crackling around him.

Sukuna turned into a blur and flew back, hitting a building and even completely crossing it, crashing into another. That's how powerful the punch was.
"Phew, that was satisfying…" Yuta muttered, satisfied after punching the shit out of Sukuna.
And then directly rushed to the corpse of Gojo.
The battlefield froze in shock as Yuta's punch sent Sukuna crashing into a nearby building, the impact shaking the ground. Everyone stared in disbelief, unsure of what they had just witnessed.
"Did… did Okkotsu just punch Sukuna?" one of the younger sorcerers stammered, their voice filled with awe.
"Since when he got that strong?"
"Why you let Gojo fight alone all this time if you could do that, you bastard…"
"Eh… there are two?"
"No way! When did Okkotsu get that strong?" another exclaimed, wide-eyed.
Even Okkotsu himself stood frozen, utterly baffled. He rubbed his eyes, as if doubting his own vision. The person standing in the dust cloud where Sukuna had been was almost a mirror image of himself.
"Who… no one minute, that—" Okkotsu murmured, feeling an odd mix of confusion and realization.
Panda shouted, "That's not Okkotsu! I know that Golden Lightning from before that…"
"Yuta…." However, before Panda could call out who that person was, the muscular woman standing beside him almost rushed out toward the boy who was currently crouching down in front of Gojo's dead body.
Yuta didn't care much about what others were talking about. He directly, after punching the shit out of Sukuna, came to Gojo.
"Phew, this should be…" Yuta said to himself, but…
While he wasn't paying attention, someone slammed into him, directly knocking him back. Though he didn't feel pain, he was surprised that his Spider Sense didn't tingle and even Rika's scarf didn't stop this person from knocking him down.
'Is that girl still sleeping?' Yuta thought to himself. After using the scarf, Rika needs to recover her energy. Usually, during this time, she falls asleep.
He looked up at the person who was pinning him down and narrowed his eyes. It was a girl with short hair. Pretty face but oh... those glorious legs of hers. Yuta didn't even have to look at her face to know who she was.
Suddenly, Yuta's eyes widened. He slowly lifted his eyes up to meet the girl's own.
"Maki… what happened to you? I see you have been working out, nice muscles. Did wonders for your figure," Yuta smiled to himself.
BAM
"You son of a bitch! You were okay all this time. Where were you? I thought you died. First you and then Mai…" Maki shouted, grabbing Yuta by the shoulders.
Yuta heard cracking sounds and he knew for a fact that those were his bones.
'The fuck. Since when she got this buffed…' Yuta…
"I will inform next time before taking vacation…" Yuta grunted, feeling the bones cracking.
But that expression of his soon changed to solemnity when he saw her emotional face, remembered what she just said about Mai, and lastly, the tears in her eyes.
"Sorry… I worried you…"
He felt his body losing power under her, but that was when they felt something.
[By the way there are no scars this time around since Yuta saved her from Jogo in Shibuya.]
Sukuna's aura flared from the rubble, silencing the cheers momentarily, but Yuta turned to face him with an unyielding expression.
"You…." Sukuna all but growled after looking at Yuta. For him, who has been around for thousands of years, he didn't mistake Yuta and Okkotsu at all.
Though the first time he saw Okkotsu, he did want to kill the boy just out of spite, but taking care of Gojo was more important.
However, the boy who just punched him was unmistakably him.
Yuta Hiro…
His eyes glared at him and cursed energy flared out. He rushed at both Yuta and Maki with all his speed. If there was one person he really hated and wanted to kill more than anyone, it would be this boy here.
After all, Yuta beat him two times in a row.
However, just as he was rushing at Yuta, a person blocked him.
"Yo, hisashiburi…"
