While observing around, Jimmy pondered over the matter of Byrne and whether getting involved would be of any benefit to him.
He had already learned from Tom that Byrne was a predecessor in the identity Jimmy was using. Jimmy's biggest issue lay in the CIA's secret archives; if Byrne truly appeared in New York, would they investigate the former agent's data to use an agent against another agent?
If it were to arrange for an agent to assassinate Byrne, apart from the agents currently with the Anti-Terrorism Bureau, it was very likely that they would activate him, an agent dormant within the country.
