After returning to the Wilson residence, Chantelle suddenly felt like asking Daniel how he felt six years ago when he thought she had died. But after thinking it over, she chose not to bring it up yet.
She wasn't just letting go of her past from six years ago. She wanted to leave behind the mess and start fresh.
That was the only way she could really move on.
"You drugged Lone Wolf?" Chantelle asked, changing the topic.
Daniel nodded. "I know he's smart enough to escape. But he dared to kidnap my wife right in front of me. He has to pay for that."
"I have to say, you did a great job this time!" Chantelle said, giving him a thumbs-up.
Lone Wolf was always hard to track. No one ever knew where he was. He would just show up from time to time to cause trouble.
If they kept waiting for him to strike, they'd always be one step behind. That's why they chose to act first.
Back when Chantelle fought with him, she managed to sneak a tracking bug on him. But he found it quickly.
