Chapter 105 - Catch a Wulfin By Her Toes~

"HUUAAARGGGHHH!"

Dropping off the last of their supplies from the back of the carriage, Duncan wiped off the last drops of sweat from his forehead, tired from dragging the trunks and bags. Seeing the busty Succubus pour water for Lewis, and a clumsy Goblin give a steaming Dwarf some Sweetack, his heart grew sour. I'm over 200 years old, yet I still don't have a fucking girl to fawn over me! Well, unless you count that one...

Shaking his head, he turned his head towards Titus, who stared out into the fields. Standing still, his gaze remained stoic, eyes grave. "Whatcha looking at, old man?" Staring into the distance for a few more seconds, he turned his gaze back to Duncan, shaking his head. "Thought I saw something move in the fields. Must've been a mistake..."

Meanwhile, far out into the fields, a small voice can be heard trying to stifle her breath from leaking out...

Taking a final look into the distance, Titus turned back, returning to camp with Duncan, his expression still uneasy...

"Stand back, everyone, Imma do this spell (for the first time)! Arboria Housica!"

From where his fingers were pointed, trees sprouted from underneath the ground, growing tall, before bending and deforming into shapes that resembled weird, crayon-shaped houses. Despite the rapturous applause from the girls, the men, on the other hand, had weird expressions on their faces. Realising that he can't fool Simon, Lewis and Titus, he tried his best to alleviate this embarrassment. "W-well, i-it is an artistic home for us. Think of it as a new...experience. Yes, a new experience for us..."

Seeing that they didn't not fall for it, he could not help but break down. "Fine, yes, I did fuck up. But it's my first time using this spell, so cut me some slack guys! Plus, it's only temporary..."

Seeing the disgusted expressions of the ladies, Duncan slumped his body, embarrassed at his confession.

"I kinda dig it..."

Breaking the silence, Titus admitted he liked the misshapen houses. Happy to be appreciated, Duncan rolled back his arms. "Alright, guys! Today, I'll cook my world-special vegetable hotpot tonight!"

At the raucous cheers erupting from the group, Duncan headed back into the temporary kitchen, intending to whip up his world-famous hotpot.

And from the fields, the sharp eyes never left

Afterwild dinner (at which Celine had to douse her mouth with several tier-2 Snowfall spells to extinguish the fire in her mouth), the group headed abco to their (respective) dorms. "G'night y'all! Let's start our day tomorrow FRESH!"

At the chirpy farewell, they all headed back to their beds, lights turned out.

All seemed quiet at first, with the only noises coming from the wild insects that lay in the fields. After the last light died out, the prairie went quiet at last...

Or did it?

Soft rustling was heard coming from the bushes near the house. Poking its head out, it made sure that the coast was clear, before venturing forth from its safe spot. Seeing that there wasn't anyone there, it sighed a soft sigh of relief, before slowly moving towards the burnt-out husk of a campfire. Seeing there were some uneaten fragments of food left, its eyes twinkled. Checking its surroundings once more, it saw that nobody was present. Without ado, it pounced upon the remnants, greedily guzzling down everything, leaving no crumbs behind.

Suddenly, a large hand grabbed it by its neck, lifting it into the air.

"Well, well, well, what do we have here? Looks like we have caught ourselves a wild Wulfin..."
