Andrea stared at the name written boldly on the tombstone before placing the flowers on the grave.
"Is Henrick with you?"
Andrea's question was met with total silence, and after a while she said, "Henrick never spoke about you; he never actually spoke about his family. He had told me that he was all alone, and I believed him. Now that I think about it, it feels as though from the moment we met to his death, he has only ever lied to me. Our marriage was a lie, our love was a lie, but the only true thing in our relationship is currently in the hospital, awaiting surgery. You are his mother, so he will listen to you, and that is why I want you to tell him that he can't take Kai away from me. Kai is the only thing keeping me alive; I would die if anything were to happen to him."
Tears rolled down her cheek as she said, "Tell Henrick that if he feels any remorse for lying to me, then he will leave Kai with me."
"What are you doing here?" A voice said behind her.
