The night in the city was just the same as always. Bright, glowing lights lined the streets, and people chatted lively as they walked by. Claude and Courtney only walked along the path as if strangers. If it were Len, Claude would have been talkative. However, this woman was the last person he would share a walk with. He didn't even want to get photographed with her.
Still, they walked the same path. Courtney would even stop from time to time to check behind her for him. Claude didn't walk too far away, either. After all, they were still out at night. Courtney was also a beautiful lady, regardless of what Claude thought of her standing in his life.
