Dark Enchantment is self-explanatory—it enhances the power of my darkness.
Dark Manipulation makes it easier to control darkness, while Dark Recovery seems to accelerate my MP regeneration in darkness. I noticed this after slaughtering a stray devil last night; my MP recovered much faster than usual.
As for Demon Mark, it seems like it allows me to mark something or someone?
"Let's try it," I said, then looked around to find a target. That's when I saw Aika Kiryuu, who for some reason kept glancing at my pants.
I quietly used Dark Power, linking it to Aika's leg. Then I activated Demon Mark, wondering if it could work through the Dark Power.

As we stared at each other, Koneko suddenly did something surprising: she came closer and sat next to me.
I grew even more confused and bewildered, but eventually, I just ignored it as we minded our own business.
As expected, he's not human, thought Koneko after sitting beside Ren and catching his scent—pleasant, yet not human. His scent was more similar to that of a devil.
Koneko tried to observe him carefully while nibbling on her snacks, but she couldn't sense even a trace of magic from Ren's body.
There were two possibilities: the first, he truly didn't possess any magic; the second, he was someone highly skilled at hiding it.
Thinking about this made Koneko furrowed her brows slightly. If her suspicion was correct, then there was a powerful person in Kuoh they knew nothing about.
While Koneko was deep in thought, Ren tried to start a conversation.
"So, do you like coming here?" I asked with a smile, subtly attempting to use unsuppressed Temptation on Koneko, curious to see if it had any effect on a supernatural being.
Koneko snapped out of her thoughts and looked at Ren, her cheeks turning red at the sight of his smile, even though her expression remained blank.
"Mmmh," she replied shortly.
"I see. My name is Ren Kuroishi, by the way. Nice to meet you," I said, introducing myself.
"Koneko Toujou. Nice to meet you too," Koneko replied.
Then Koneko tilted her head slightly, as if the name "Kuroishi" sounded somewhat familiar to her. After thinking for a moment, she finally remembered and began to ask.
"You know Lina?" Koneko asked curiously.
"She's my stepsister. Do you know each other?" I asked, a bit surprised by her question.
"She's my classmate," Koneko replied. Of course, she knew Lina—Lina often hugged her, which annoyed her a little. But since Lina frequently gave her sweets, she forgave the hugging. That's why she could remember her name.
"Heee, so she's your classmate? What a coincidence," I said with amusement.
After that, we happily talked with each other, even though Koneko sometimes only responded briefly, until the bell rang.
Hearing the bell, I stood up and stretched my slightly stiff body.

For a moment, she just sat there in silence. After a few minutes, she got up and decided to tell Rias about Ren.
As I walked to my class, I thought about my conversation with Koneko. Based on her reaction, it seems that Temptation really works on supernatural beings.

I thought to myself in a good mood, a slight smile forming at the corner of my lips.
After that, time passed without anything happening, which made me feel bored once again questioning myself: why do I have to go to school?

"'Dark Prince'?" Rias asked, tilting her head in confusion at the nickname.
"Oh? You haven't heard of it?" Akeno replied. "According to rumors, Ren Kuroishi has become so handsome that girls are calling him the 'Dark Prince.'"
Hearing that made Rias raise an eyebrow in surprise.
"Suddenly becoming handsome... Now that's really suspicious. Maybe he awakened a Sacred Gear that somehow makes him more attractive?" Rias said after thinking it over.
"It's possible. So, what do you think about him, Koneko?" Akeno asked after responding to Rias.
"Well... he's alright, I guess," Koneko replied, turning her blushing face away, the corners of her mouth slightly lifted.
Seeing Koneko like that genuinely surprised Akeno, making her laugh a little louder than usual.
"Fu fu fu fu... Did you fall in love with him, Koneko?" Akeno asked with a smirk.
Koneko's face turned even redder at Akeno's words, making her glare at her.
"Fu fu fu... how cute. Now I'm really interested in him," Akeno said with a seductive smile.
Listening to Akeno making Rias rolled her eyes in exasperation. "Stop teasing her, Akeno. And Koneko, you can go investigate him now," Rias said.
Koneko simply nodded and left immediately, but before she did, she gave Akeno another glare—which only made Akeno smile even more.

"Yeah, I'm even a bit surprised. Her face is usually always expressionless," Rias replied, still surprised.
"I hope he can help you with your problem," Akeno said after a brief pause.
"Yeah... I hope so," Rias replied with a heavy heart.
After returning home, I did what I did yesterday — programming using Dark Power. Though now, I'm much stronger than before, which makes programming feel useless, except as a way to earn money.
