Chapter 69 - Chapter 69 : "Starseized: The Ling Cage Exodus"

Kenthelion stood before the massive tactical display in the command room of the Gloriana-class battleship, observing troop movements and the rising traffic of ships orbiting the region.

With a firm voice, he issued orders to the ship's captain.

"Deploy all Stormtroopers and Imperial Army units to full alert. Have the Stormtrooper colonels on the ground organize their troops and begin evacuating the Lighthouse citizens into the ship. This vessel may soon be at full capacity."

After giving the command, Kenthelion took his seat on the grand command throne, his gaze fixed on the massive viewport that offered a view of the stars beyond. The Gloriana captain bowed respectfully and replied, "Understood, Your Majesty."

Without delay, Kenthelion activated a secure communication channel and summoned top scientists from across multiple dimensions: Dr. Catherine Halsey and Dr. Miranda Keyes from the Halo universe, along with Dr. Elias Holt and Dr. Henry Glassman. He also contacted Dr. Ariel Hanson from the StarCraft world to assist in studying the mysterious realm known as Ling Cage and analyzing the advanced viral strains derived from the Resident Evil universe—specifically, a version of the virus refined by none other than Belisarius Cawl.

"It's time we combine the sciences of all worlds," Kenthelion muttered.

He also summoned Belisarius Cawl from the capital of Terra Aeterna. Though the Magos Dominus was constantly occupied since the dimensional rift opened, Kenthelion now required his direct presence to meet these new interdimensional allies and lay the foundation for a unified civilization.

At the same time, construction teams and military units were being deployed to establish a new city and research base on Ling Cage, using resources from Terra Aeterna. The Lighthouse citizens were being gathered aboard the Gloriana-class battleship to be temporarily relocated to the capital, while the conditions in Ling Cage—its pollution levels and local evolved lifeforms—were stabilized and studied.

Fortunately, the dangerous creatures had been contained, and even more fortunate was the presence of Sister Bai. Intrigued by Kenthelion's forces, she had joined the hunter battalion. Had she not, Kenthelion might have been forced to search the entire planet for her. Curious about recent developments, she made her way to the temporary command post on her own.

Soon, multiple dropships descended into the atmosphere, breaking through the clouds with roaring engines. Their objective was clear: evacuate the Lighthouse citizens to the orbiting Gloriana-class battleship. Around the landing zones, hundreds of armed troops moved swiftly, securing the perimeter and guiding the disoriented crowds.

"Everyone! Remove your clothing for inspection!"

A booming voice rang out from a Stormtrooper, amplified through the voice modulator in his helmet.

"Drop all your personal belongings outside! Symbols of your previous identity as Lighthouse civilians are now meaningless! From this moment forward, you have only one name—Citizens of the Imperium Caelestis!"

Confusion turned to outrage among the evacuees.

"Why?! Why are we being treated like commoners?!"

"Exactly! My lineage is far more noble than these peasants!"

"I refuse to live alongside such filth!"

The unrest grew quickly, voices rising in anger and pride. Sensing the crowd's volatility, the Stormtrooper commander immediately contacted higher command.

"Calling Suppression Forces. Civil unrest detected at the evacuation site. Requesting Inquisition response."

Moments later, the corridor gates of the battleship hissed open. Marching in perfect formation, the Imperium Caelestis Riot Suppression Troopers emerged—armored in obsidian black, wielding shock batons and heavy suppression shields. At their front walked an Inquisitor, his face weathered and cruel, eyes cold as voidsteel. Mercy was not a word in his vocabulary.

"Engage."

Zap—Thrust—Crack—Thrust—

Without hesitation, the troopers surged forward. Their batons cracked with searing energy, striking indiscriminately at anyone who dared protest. Screams echoed across the deck, and soon, the air was filled with the stench of burnt flesh and ozone.

"Take these scum away. I heard the Mechanicus always needs more 'wet spare parts.' Send them wherever they're needed."

The dissidents were dragged off, bound and bleeding, toward the sectors controlled by the Mechanicus. Whatever awaited them there would be punishment beyond imagination.

From the command throne, Kenthelion watched the scene unfold. His eyes narrowed as he listened to their defiance. The urge to vaporize the planet with the Starkiller Array surged within him.

"So… your bloodline is more noble than others, is it?"

His voice was cold, laced with disdain.

"What are you, Celestial Dragons from One Piece? Tch. Good thing there's no slavery in the Ling Cage world… if there were, I'd gather all you 'noble' humans in one spot and gift you a nuke as a greeting from the Imperium."
