Inside the Celestial Imperium Palace
Kenthelion had just returned to the palace. As he stepped into the grand hall, his eyes immediately met Ada Wong's. She was already there, surrounded by a few women, her gaze fixed on him with a mix of warmth and curiosity.
"I've just returned. How is everyone?" Kenthelion said as he walked up to her, pulling Ada Wong into a gentle embrace before placing a deep, longing kiss on her lips.
Ada Wong smiled softly, though her eyes briefly shifted toward the group of women who had arrived with him. "Good thing you're back…" she said, her voice calm but thoughtful. She glanced around, clearly noticing that the number of people in the room had increased.
Turning to the others, Kenthelion began introducing the new arrivals. "This is Ran Bing, Jing Nan, Erica, Fan Di, Penny, Jessica, and Bai Yuekui. They've come from the world of Lin Cage, and they'll be joining us."
Moments later, Alice, Claire, Jill Valentine, and the others entered the hall. As Alice took in the scene, she paused for a moment, surprised. "There were only five of us here before… now there are twelve?" she thought, blinking in mild disbelief.
The atmosphere quickly warmed as the women began exchanging introductions and sharing stories. Ran Bing and her companions spoke about their home world, Lin Cage.
"After Kenthelion arrived in our world," Ran Bing explained, "he helped relocate all of humanity here for safety. We're currently building a new city under the leadership of Lord Morgan. Our goal is to reduce pollution and make the planet habitable again."
Alice nodded, then shared about their own world. "In the Resident Evil universe, we've started establishing colonies across various planets. They're still sparsely populated for now, but we believe more people will come and new life will take root."
As they talked, the women began to realize just how much they had in common. The women from Lin Cage were shocked to learn that the Resident Evil world had also faced an apocalypse—though in their case, it was a zombie outbreak. Meanwhile, Lin Cage had seen the evolution of plants and animals into something wild and unpredictable.
Despite the differences, understanding began to grow between them.
"All right," Kenthelion finally said with a smile, "let's eat."
Everyone moved toward the dining area, ready to share a meal—and perhaps, the beginning of a new chapter together.
After the meal, Alice and the others invited the women from Lin Cage to explore the city and do some shopping, helping them ease into their new lives within the Celestial Imperium. Meanwhile, Kenthelion returned to his desk, checking for any signs of emergency or urgent matters that required his immediate attention.
Kenthelion began to consider which civilization he should attack first.
Currently, the planets fully occupied by the Imperium Caelestis had undergone drastic changes. Based on the ambitious visions of the oil tycoons (Adeptus Mechanicus) and the grand ideas of the archbishops of the Imperium's religion, a massive project was born: to build a castle the size of a continent in the second universe, which they named Nihilum Aeternum.
According to these two groups—who ironically often caused chaos—the castle would serve as a symbol of the Emperor's grandeur. Of course, most of the proponents of this project were archbishops who believed that such an imposing structure would be the physical manifestation of their faith.
"Do they think I have time for this?" Kenthelion grumbled to himself. "Can we win the war first and unite the galaxy before playing architect?"
Meanwhile, various departments from the Warhammer 40K universe were beginning to operate. The Ministry of Magic had officially been established, consisting of:
Ministry of Justice(Adeptus Arbites– Tasked with enforcing justice… although their definition of 'justice' was a bit extreme.
Inquisition – The darkest and most dangerous faction among them all.
Ministry of Military Affairs – Responsible for logistics and war strategy.
Naturally, all these "crazy people" needed to be properly introduced.
Ministry of Justice had a terrifying principle: "Innocence in court doesn't mean you're truly innocent." Therefore, harsh punishments were often meted out, even for minor offenses—supposedly for the sake of stability.
Ministry of Military Affairs worked behind the scenes, organizing the war effort, building supply lines, and controlling strategy with cold efficiency.
But the most feared of them all was Inquisition.
They were a combination of secret police, witch-hunters, super-intelligence agents, and silent executioners. The Inquisition had vast powers, and technically anyone in the entire Empire—except the Emperor himself—could command them... although no one really knew what would happen if that occurred.
For them, mutants, aliens, and anyone who deviated from their doctrine were to be exterminated… unless the Emperor approved, of course.
The Ministry of Justice is a force far more powerful—perhaps several hundred times stronger—than the Gestapo. To put this into perspective, almost all employees within the ministry, including the police dogs, are equipped with advanced military-grade gear. Every individual, from security officers to enforcement personnel, carries specialized weapons such as carapace armor, bolters, and police-issue storm shields designed to provide maximum protection. Additionally, they are armed with energy weapons, including plasma guns, heavy bolters, grenade launchers, and flamethrowers, with only a limited number of melta guns in use.
The Ministry of Justice also commands a large military presence at their headquarters. At the regional headquarters, there are main battle tanks, such as the LRBT (Leman Russ Battle Tank), parked near the facility. In addition, they deploy various armored vehicles used for riot control, including Rhinos and Chimeras, which patrol the surrounding areas to maintain order and assert their dominance.
At the main entrance of the Ministry of Justice, four characters embodying the "Strong Military Morality" are inscribed, serving as a reminder to all who enter that military might and law enforcement are the foundation of this institution.
