The Celestine Spire was swarming with people. Citizens lined up in a long, eager queue outside the gates, awaiting their turn to meet the Saintess and receive her sacred blessing.
The royal carriage stopped within the temple courtyard, far from the throng. Naturally, the royal family and nobility had their own special entrance.
As soon as I stepped out, just as expected, every eye turned to me, filled with judgment and distaste.
