The boat neared a small island bustling with activity. Colorful banners and flags fluttered in the wind. The sound of laughter and shouting filled the air—a lively carnival atmosphere surrounded the harbor.


Luffy's eyes sparkled. "Look! A festival!"


They stepped off the boat and onto the crowded docks. People bustled about, many wearing bright costumes and clown makeup.


Ahead, a large tent towered over the town, painted with bold reds and blues. A sign above the entrance read: Buggy the Clown — Great Pirate Captain!


Zoro crossed his arms. "A pirate who calls himself a clown? This should be interesting."
