Anna looked behind her for the last time before leaving the hall with the family members. She stood side by side with Asgard and braced herself for what was ahead.
It took the same amount of time to climb the stairs as it took to come down, and in no time, they were in the hall that would lead them outside the building.
"Any stallions available?" Asked Kael's mother, but Asgard shook his head from side to side.
"I didn't see any, but I can get outside for a moment and check the neighbouring areas."
"The northern region is not far from here,"
"We will walk," Kain cut him off,
"It's not so far from here. But we must be prepared for the worst, keep the younger ones safe from all angles."

[ Warning, incoming threat from outside ]
"Damm," Anna muttered, she nudged Asgard immediately and whispered,
"There is something outside and it is headed this way."
"We can't go back now," Asgard replied, his voice barely audible,
"We have to fight it."
